  • We had a small harvest of hot peppers and I wanted to make sure to get them preserved even if it meant making a small batch. This is a super simple and quick way to can pickled peppers!
My brine- (this brine I found on the Ball website for a small batch)
    Makes roughly 4-5 pints
    1 cup water
    2 cups white vinegar
    3 Tbs salt
Add whatever else you would like to the jars to flavor. I added garlic and mustard seed.
    Water bath for 10 minutes.
