when i saw it as kid i thought the title was really egotistical something i didn't contribute to Goku back then, now as a adult i can totally see it fitting him, not in a bad way but one thing Goku never lacked was self confidence.
I mean, the line's great, but it would have been a lot better if Goku'd had any protagonism during the movie. The movie was mostly about Trunks, so I feel like giving Goku that epic moment was undeserved. Other than that the movie's great.
This moment had a ton of impact for me in the latin american dub. "Si yo no lo hago... Si yo no lo hago, Nadie lo hara!" It made me truly admire Goku willingness to step up when it was necessary.

Not sure if it’s just me, but I have a feeling they are gonna be saving this OST for dokkan, they’ve been recently adding in OSTs like blizzard, Dan Dan, cha la, the two ending OSTs from the cooler movies, and I’m 70-90% sure they are gonna add this for a dragon fist celebration, since that particular moment hasn’t been animated yet, and it’s the one move set of goku’s that almost everyone loves.
I would love a ssj3 dragon fist goku as a part 2 LR during the 8th year anniversary, but knowing dokkan they're probably not gonna do that since there's usually a defining theme during anniversarys, and I can't really think of any theme they could put this goku in thay hasn't already been done, or hasn't had all the units animated already
Like the 7th year was goku and vegeta themed, so they made the part 2 lrs saiyan saga goku and vegeta, and year 6 was universe 7 themed, so they made it 17 and frieza and team universe 7 for part 2, and even the uear before that it was goku black arc/broly movie so we got a goku black and a broly for part 2. I genuinely have no idea what theme they could fit this goku into, other then movie heros but that would mean we would have to get a movie hero themed part 1 too and I can't see dokkan doing that unless it's dragon ball super super hero themed

Cette musique me rend tellement nostalgique. J’avais vu ce film au ciné, j’avais 16/17 ans. Mais elle signifie aussi la fin de l’époque dbz mais aussi du club Dorothée et une traversée du désert de l’animation japonaise. A cette époque pas d’internet (enfin dans sa forme actuel) pas de dvd, 6 chaînes de télé dont une payant, seulement un vidéo club et des échanges ou des achats de vhs à 20€ la cassette de 3 épisodes (ou laserdisc import pour les plus fortunés). Une autre époque (épique) que les jeunes aurons du mal à concevoir.
La meilleure musique pour meilleur film ! Tapion est de loin mon personnage préféré de toute la licence Dragon Ball, que ce soit pour son design, sa personnalité si développée et son passé presque autant dévellopé que celui de Trunks. Enfin, il est un des seuls, voire le seul personnage exclusif aux fils à être un protagoniste, et il a une des meilleures musiques de tout Dragon Ball (Tapion's theme)

but it broke in the Android 13 movie when Trunks charged at Super android 13. Somehow it was fixed.
