  • Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Quiche
    (3 WW points per serving)
    1 cup diced cooked Ham
    1 cup steamed Broccoli pieces
    1/2 cup Swiss Cheese
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    5 Eggs
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp. Ranch Dressing Mix
    1 tsp. Minced Onion
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a quiche or pie dish
    2. Place diced ham on bottom of dish
    3. Place broccoli pieces on top of the ham
    4. Blend cottage cheese with a blender or immersion blender until smooth
    5. Add the blended cottage cheese to the eggs, in a mixing bowl. Add the milk & spices and mix everything together with a whisk or immersion blender.
    6. Pour mixture over the ham & broccoli in the quiche dish.
    7. Sprinkle cheese over the top
    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 or until center is set.
    NOTE: this would be less points if reduced fat cheese was used.
