Hey, that's what the M390 on my bugout is supposed to be. It couldn't be any better at cutting a piece of paper and needing to be sharpened again. It's truly a great knife and give you an awesome arm work out.
I've been trying to return my Spyderco Sage 1 in Maxamet for 2 years now. It's a liner lock but this piece of crap stays locked no matter how hard I wack the spine on our granite countertops. What a joke! And it's got to be at least 66 HRC. It's dangerous. Who wants that in a folder?
officially lost my shit and fell out of my chair at 04:25 🤣 - you sir have yet another new subscriber.. gotta go now, no palm trees in colorado so driving to florida to give one a piece of my mind
I'm with you on this brain! From today forward I'm never sharpening another customers knife at less than 60 degrees inclusive. Can't have those low angle edges chipping when doing tree stabbing and slashing exercises. I really must say, your acting in this was absolutely on point... no giggles or anything! You sir killed it! So let's get those 50 thousandths behind the edge edc blades in 55hrc 1050 ready with some 50-60 inclusive edges on them! Will exercises you real good when your cutting anything and will be bullet proof when working those arms slashing and stabbing petrified oak trees. Medford and Hinderer was right all along, we are the fools! Thank you for bring this to light so I could see the light!
I’m inspired now to replace my Benchmade’s blade with a polished copper blade to make me as strong and fit as possible. Thank you, Brian, for the inspiration!
Brian is a legend, patriot and an American hero. I do have one concern of an environmental nature. I live in central North Carolina and we do have some palm trees but not many. Is it okay to work out with different types of trees? Do I need even thicker knives and softer heat treatments? If you are not sure I will follow up with Tree Stabbing Troy me may know. Thank you Brian!! -Brian
@@kraftzion It was before Brian rebladed it in Magnacut at 64.7 with a deep hollow grind & turned it into a lazer beam… hence the term send “back” to him. I guess I could just put the original blade back on it & get a good workout though LOL.
@transparentknives Ok cool, thank you. Just wanted to be sure this was the right channel. Sorry if that question is annoying for you to see. I appreciate your answering. Great channel. I'll enjoy catching back up with the last year of videos. Thanks again!
I agree 💯 Brian, in fact may I suggest not even putting an edge on the blades...just use blanks with rounded tips with of hrc of around 55...reeeealy soft so you can get the best workout and your trees will last longer too😂😂😂😂😂
Dang dude, I think you would have a stroke if you found out that not all knives are cutting tools, and subsequently, not all knives are supposed to have thin geometries.
So I'm slow ... took me nearly 3m ... then had to use a pry bar ... insert maker here ... to remove tongue from cheek. Thanks, Brian. Soft, thick, and weak ... becoming a bigger issue than just knives and my mirror ...

We love a good RUclips apology video. A+ work, Brian.
Excellent 😂 I laughed so hard « So why Medford is still fat » 🤣
bc he's focused on being the CEO of racism. An important job. Or not.
I always thought high fructose corn syrup was to blame but makes sense that dog shit soft but tough knife steel was the obvious issue, Thanks Brian
I am glad you see the light now. The greatest thing about 56HRC M390 is that it has a burned edge, so its even softer where it matters the most.
Soft for his pleasure 😭
