- In this video, I will go through the easiest way to pass your real estate exam on the first try! These are the methods I used to pass my own real estate licensing exam, and I am confident that with these tips, you can EASILY pass.

I highly recommend it if you are looking for the best way to study for the real estate exam - It is cheap but super effective, and they have thousands of practice questions, which I recommend if you want to pass your test the first try. Can't stress how important getting exam prep like this is.

The common misconception that wastes a lot of time is that you need to read each and every word on the real estate course. This is false - I passed the test easily and I mostly skimmed the material. Now, reading the entire text will 100% help you pass the test, but it isn't the best use of your time. So hopefully that alone saves you 30+ hours on your course.
We'll talk about the best strategy to pass your real estate exam (using practice questions), study tips, what content to study, and how many hours per day to spend.
Honestly, the test is not too hard and if you study using this guide, I can pretty much guarantee you'll pass on the first try. This test is just like any other state exam - you can learn to take it, review practice questions that closely mimic the real exam, and understand how they word the questions.
Getting your real estate license is quite easy and you should be able to get it in most states in about 90 days!

I took my California Exam and passed first time around- Key- know your vocabulary!! Then take a week and only go over all the practice tests in your principle book and ONLY the CORRECT answers and YOU WILL PASS. memorize 1000 questions? come on. know your VOCAB KEY!!! prep agent is a great resource. only put correct info in your brain. I passed Tennessee State first try. Now I have to take the real National exam for all the other states. California has their own.... jeeeezzzz :))))) you got this.

I 100% approve of this message. Get a test question bank and study a couple hours a day. When you get a question wrong find out why you got the question wrong. You do this for a month you’re going to crush the test the first time!

Retaking every quiz and test on real estate express and then taking a any re test i could find online definitely prepared me for the test. Passed first time and there was nothing I hadn't seen b4 albeit worded slightly differently

I just started license solution real estate course!! N I am struggling getting burnt out on all the reading n stressing on remembering EVERYTHING!!! So this video really helped!
If your in the fundamentals portion of the courses , unfortunately it is a heavy material load however I would highly suggest flash cards and to utilize any end of chapter quizzes your textbook may offer you ( take the quizzes multiple times). Also keep in mind they can’t question you on everything so try to focus on the most important concepts and don’t be afraid to ask your teacher for what those may be! Good luck 🍀

I've recently decided to pursue real estate, and definitely going to check out real estate express so I can dive into classes. Now I have a better idea of what to expect....Definitely open to any opportunities in California as well!

@@joibebe7111 I took online courses. Look for anything that is california accredited, meaning that California will accept it as an actual course to be able to take the licensing exam.

i was really typing entire slides on each module it was taking me hours just to complete a lesson and days to complete a module 😂 then i realized you gotta memorize terms those are more important!

I tried taking the test. A lot of what I studied for read took notes, maybe 10 questions of what I studied for were on the exam.

I submitted my application to take the exam in November. Yesterday, I received news that I am able to take my exam. Things have been massively delayed during the Pandemic - it took the state of CA 11 weeks to process my application!
Good thing I’m not the only person waiting forever!! I submitted mine in March and haven’t heard anything yet!!

Thank you Charlie. I deeply appreciate you confirming that practice testing is key to passing the test. I have found that creating my own flashcards (electronic) was the best and easiest way to memorize the thousand or more questions needed to pass the exam. I totally agree with your analysis!

@@dwboi15 it was a LOT to take in, but I enjoyed the course. I think I would have had an easier time in a classroom environment, but overall it was a pretty solid prelicense course. Plus, I took the one that actually sends you a textbook, and that’s helped me with my studying for the state exam as well. Good luck!
@Claudia Gonzalez have you taken your 75 hour pre-license course yet? I’m in GA so I’m not sure about the differences in State Laws and procedures, but Real Estate Express covered everything that needed to be covered, and then some. It was definitely a very in-depth course, but it was a lot to try and learn on my own. If possible, I would definitely look into a classroom setting if you learn better in that kind of environment. However, if you are the kind of person that can push yourself to learn material on your own, then definitely look into Real Estate Express. I would pay for the more expensive course though just because they send you an actual text book which helped me a lot with studying. If you actually review the material and study hard you will do fine!

In addition to what this gentleman is saying, I would not recommend ‘skimming through’ the math concepts and formulas you were taught during your real estate classes. I would make sure you fully understand those because you don’t know what their going to question you on the exam and you want to be prepared for any math question they may ask you. Other than that I definitely agree with him! Good luck everyone 🤞🏼
