Don't forget to like the video to help me out! NOTE on this Episode: Since I feel this will be asked a lot, I'll *will* be automating more and more as we go - but this is a game where you don't just brute force everything, you re-direct your production towards specific goals. Pretty cool!
Hey, pretty cool video, a little bit unexpected though, funny to see how different people approach the game. I did automate a mall in Lima when I get around stage 7 or 8, and it is indeed spaghetti. I won't spoil, but the game begins to be real tough around stage 11-12, where I currently am, brace yourself and keep on the good work! :) And BTW, if you are automating something, but you don't want thousand of it, you can use the limit option on the output storage, I usually set 2-3 slots for things like inserters or belts for example
22:10 or you make sure to have the fuel intake on the output side so you have space for 2 normal inserts for input, doing that means you can wait till mk2 smelters before needing a fast inserter.
You don't, but you'll have a use for *everything* at some point. Automated buildings don't draw in a lot of resources, so if you want to 'get rid' of something, just find a building that uses it and drop the stack in there. I just keep a few boxes near my lift to dump items I won't need for now to make that easier.
Thanks! I spent some time playing the game and found these tips very useful.

I was wondering if there was a way to limit the stuff put into a box.
@@Yardiff Yep, it works the same as in Factorio if you played it
Dang, I got some work to do! Lolol thank you!
Yeaaaah while editing I was like, "Whups, that is a LOT of building for a single episode! "

Hey, what mode do you use to see input & output lines and resources in assemblers? Thx
Press ALT ;)
@ Thx a lot!
its not possible craft power floor anymore?
All the floors carry power! All you need to do is unlock the 3x3 floor (it's very early on) and you're good to go.
It also is possible to make actual power floor. But you don't unlock it until X-Ray.
I can't find a water wheel - where is it?
Level 4 hidro
Level 4, oodles of them around the water ;)
How do I delete items in my inventory?
Can't... just drop in boxes
