Help me out by liking the video, it DOES have a major impact! Personal notes: This is my GOTY for sure. It's a factory game that brings an AMAZING story to life, two things I never expected to find in the same game. This guide is therefore intentionally focused purely on the factory part, as I highly recommend you experience the story for yourself.
Hi, nice video, 14:49 you can swap variant directly on the hub (spliter and merger) to change it instead of deleting it and rebuilding a belt. By the way you can do the same with rotate, you still can do it when things are placed, useful for belt lifts sometimes :) Still don't know how to approach thing in this release, i could easily finish the game on the early access, but the changes in ratios, elevator and adjustements make me feel a little lost, and have to re-experiment stuff. Looking forward to your next video :D
Thanks for the video, TDA. I’ve never heard of this game before and will give it a try this weekend based on what you have said! And no, YOU are awesome!
My prefered way with the planters and thresher is to use the middle for seeds with a spliter and a single belt going to a inserter, as the single belt holds 3 and the inserter grabs one in there is 4 ready to fill the planter up at all time rather then waiting for a seed to come around. it will take 2 more squares of space but it'll be more consistant.
I am glad Satisfactory is now done. Oh wait, Factorio just had a huge DLC update. Well crap, which should I do… TECHTONICA is NOW 1.0?!? Yo! Game developers! WHY ALL THE RELEASES ALL AT ONCE?!?
Can we get it a little more in depth like showing around you’re starting area and such ? This is really useful and simple just don’t get to see a lot of logistics imo like how your factory area is just powered on second floor
so played early access and really wanted to love this game, however didn't like the two different ways of powering the machines would of been fine with cranks rather than the whole plant based fuels but looks like u have provided me with a possible way forward on that if it can last the whole game
The title of the video says efficiently but you proceed to say everything doesn't have to be automated and this isn't the fastest way. What the point of this video?
Yup as said below - If you actually automate everything in the start (like you would in most factory games) you waste a LOT of time with little benefits.

A truly excellent guide, especially for me who's played Techtonica a bit over EA but often struggled.

Cleared up some things. Thank you. Subbed waiting for next one hehe
Next one coming up, sorry it took so long!

Interesting, so kind of like the reverse direction of my build here. I like it!

I know right? :D
I was wondering if you were going to cover this game. Thanks! :)

I'll show a bit more in the next video. I intentionally don't show *too* much because of the spoiler risk.

Oh i havent heard of this game excited to watch. though I need to beat satisfactory phase 5 and factorio before this :)
Question, do the resources eventually run out like before?
Yes! But it seems at a low/reasonable pace.
All these factory game updates at once. Dont they know a normal playthrough takes 800 hours?
Hahaha I was rather surprised that there are SO MANY factory games with new releases in such a short time.
The title of the video says efficiently but you proceed to say everything doesn't have to be automated and this isn't the fastest way. What the point of this video?
This is how to get started efficiently if you start Min maxing factories to output every item early you end up with a clusterfuck

Damn the game is ugly
