Personally, I would pay more attention to the lyrics when Noel is on vocals, while I will listen to the beat more when it is Liam's turn. Both are equally important. No wonder Noel once said something like: "I wouldn't be here without Liam, and Liam wouldn't be here without me".
@@davebain1982 I shouldnt have used the phrase time signature as far as the song goes, rather the timing of when they actually SAY, Lyla, in the chorus, ( when i first heard it years ago i remember wanting to say Lyla too early than when its suppose to be sang. lol. that make any more sense? Only until i KNOW the song, then it was never an issue anymore.
@@davebain1982 Queen is not a great example of a band that messes with time signatures my friend. An example of an artist who does is Brian Wilson, George Harrison, even Ray Davies. Get a grip.
@@Tommy-TwigFan that's true, noel can reach very high notes, much more than Liam, I still like this version but I prefer Liam's much more, Liam sings better in rock songs than Noel, except in "Lord don't slow me down" , that I prefer the voice of Noel there.
Noel has a much bigger range than Liam lol..all of Liam's songs are in a very low key.noel can sing most ranges well, his lows aren't as good as liams but his range is way bigger.

Exactly, they needed each other like it or not
Noel is too gentle fer this battle ballad
Liam seethes flames singing this
It's a demo vocal, friend.
Love Noel’s voice but I’ve never heard an song so suites for Liams vocals
I loveeeee this version so much
I don't see this rockin the Etihad the way Liam did. But it's still a beast of a song
Its grown on me..
Wonder who's behind the chorus voices
Is noel too
bit different to be fair
1:00 Noel imitando a Liam xD
Jajajaja posta
When i first heard this song, it took me a while to get the weird time signature when they sing "lyla". Like, its different. lol
@@stuartmcdonald1499 probably something on 32/14
What's different bout 4/4 time? That's a standard time signature 🙄 this is Oasis, not Queen

Liam is way better than Noel for these songs
Liam is the best in Rock song, Noel is better in ballads.
Hahaha, in studio yes, but live...
@@danflores6665 Noel isn't better on ballads either. Champagne Supernova is boring when Noel sings it
@Gurney Because it was written for Liam to sing it
There good when they sing together to different verses
No..
Noel just doesn't have the range to sing these big rock songs. Glad Liam did this one
?? If you are talking about vocal range, Noel has more of that. Also, this song sounds great with him on the vocals too

@@danflores6665 Yeah this song feels better with Liam, he really gives the song that energy honestly
You clearly have no understanding of the term “range”.
