I did it when the classroom was empty and nobody could see me. He never discovered I was the one who wrote it for him. And probably, if he had discovered, nothing would have happened because I clearly knew he didn’t like me. He told my friend that he found me ugly. But now, some years later, this memory (linked to this amazing song) still touches me deeply. And I still think about him. He was such a good person after all. The only one in my classroom who was kind to me and didn’t bully me. I was so lonely and sad, marginalized by my peers, but he was different.
