Its 2024 And This Video Game series and its sad moments will never get old, we all know them by now for the true fans, we can watch these videos and remember just how hard it hit us the first time we saw them and still hit us the same as the day we first experienced them, I may sound biased but MGS is the best video game series of all time, it's a Movie and a gaming experience at the same time, I know for a fact there isn't any other video game that can capture the emotions and cinematic masterpiece in the gameplay and cutscenes like metal gear solid can. Till the day we pass on METAL GEAR SOLID FOREVER!!! FOXHOUND! and Diamond Dogs!!!

Tears falling down like a Waterfall. The last time Otacons heart gets broken, after Naomi dies in MGS4 and i was as sad as he was. Now 20y later watching this again and i always crying^^ Sniper Wolf was one of my favorites

Her name is Aerith, stop the boomer cope for a typo. If you actually respected the character you'd respected the name her creator gave her. Her name is connected to Earth, because of her role. You're a nostalgic cry baby boomer millennial.
"Hunted like dogs, day after day. Being driven from our ragged shelters. That, was my life" I think the choice to have the island's wolves howling during this segment is very intentional. Sniper Wolf outright says she found companionship and a common ground with these wolfs because they were in much a way, like her. The way this is easily conveyed, even to a first time player, is brilliance. Great game.
I remember getting to this scene, playing in the living room, and my older sister and brother in law where just hanging on the kitchen. As soon as she starts telling her story they came and got hooked up in the moment I remember their faces hahaha my sister was like, why did you shoot her !!??
“But I couldn’t save her” It was her dumb ass fault for attacking Meryl and snake. It didn’t seem like they have any real beef, she seemed like a good person. Why didn’t they just ask her to join them
There's too much wrong with the Twin Snakes scene even with the superior MGS1 recordings. Otacons bizzare face, odd angles, terrible dog models, the fact they even surrounded the scene with them etc.
Thanks for cutting out the bs and slapstick humor that ruined Otacon in this remake while only focusing on the strong cinematic moments this version had. Even tho I still prefer the original to Twin snakes. This is a nice window into what could've been if the creators of twins snakes weren't tone deaf and gave the VAs better voice direction.

The original version of voice acting is so much better than Twin Snakes, even tho' the actors are the same.
Back when stories and sound tracks were great..this story was very in depth on many levels
