Hopefully they let us make 6 km inflatable artificial mountains so we can spray water on top of the mountain and it will turn into snow because all the water on this planet from rivers and lakes is coming from snow it is not coming from desalinization and if they use cloud seeding on top of the artificial mountains we can make the ice and snow on top of the artificial mountains go beyond 20 km which means we can drop the global temperature and have an endless amount of water without having to use desalinization
