Colonia has been in my wish list for such a long time, just worried about the performance issue's I've heard about for the price it goes for, which is why I haven't bit the bullet yet. LDDM is one of my all time favourites, you're right it works well in the heat, I wore it when I spent a night in the Saraha when I went on a solo trip to Morocco back in 2016, always will be a great fragrance memory. Haven't got my nose on the other two, will keep a look out for them.

I feel it's a little like a singer for example / or band, it would be like them listening to their own voice / own music to enjoy themselves.. it's just a bit weird, you would listen to other music rather than your own.
French lover and royal oud definitely similar ideas to me think i prefer the malle aswell. What happened to lyric man? Did you finish bottle or get rid?

Love these choices! Can’t go wrong with a shorter rotation, I find myself gravitating toward 4-5 fragrances in my collection nowadays.

Have you tried Houbigant's Bois Mystique? Because it's in the line of Royal Oud (greener, stronguer). Have to try the Malle's though.

How good is the tauer 02? Looks interesting, but judging by impressions I read, it's overloaded by ambery materials that linger forever....
sure I would agree with that.. if you don't like amber like frags, then I wouldn't bother. Test a sample..
