We will flow through a vinyasa flow and visit poses like Utkata Konasana (Goddess), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard), and Tittibasana (Firefly) Variations.

    My first yoga class with you and I loved it! It felt perfectly paced, not rushed. And thank you for including the pranayama in the beginning, I feel like that is missing in a lot of yoga classes here on youtube! But the breath is so important. Oh, and I just love that even after years of practicing yoga, I still learn new asanas - I had never heard of or done Tittibasana before!! How exciting. Namaste
