I do that when my sinuses are clogged with sterile NaCl 0,9% solution.
Works wonders for me.

Sadly ive never gotten the hang of nasal irrigation. It sucks because i have such bad congestion from allergies for half of the year. It looks like it would bring a lot of relief though!
