I observed that I get pimples on my arms every winter, also just when winter starts, my body starts itching, but the itch feels like it's internal. And then later on it slowly stops itching, then I get small pimples on my arms

@@joejr1120 I don't know what are you vegetarian or non vegetarian...but I will suggest...1 hour of regular exercise, eating veggies\fruits, maintaining good diet for atleast 3 months...even when you are eating non-veg food...make sure it's giving you valuable nutrition, it's cooked in proper way....also completely abandon soft drinks, cold drinks n alcohol ....if you can...try Yoga alternate day, with your gym\exercise ....n pranayam regularly after gym\yoga...:-) Need lot more efforts ...but it's worth doing...All the best...( Also stop eating fried food like French fries, burger etc , whenever you are eating n whatever you are eating ....think what nutrition you will get n then eat) ***Try to start your day earlier between 5 am to 7 am n try to sleep earlier in night between 9 pm to 11 pm...
@@ankitakingaonkar6161 This is all good advice, but I already do most of it. I do a lot of exercise, I eat healthily, I don't drink soda or alcohol, but then I tend to stay up really late and wake up at 10am... so I guess I can work on that. Thanks!

Can you start prescribing essential amino acid to all people with Fatty liver disease ( in the way you point it out).
Also I see, med.doctors don't prescribe any amino acids to patients, who's psychical abilities are restricted by insult or other word stroke, or any other memory type of loss conditions.
I am in US, but everything I ever saw here is half medical knowledge.
When a person really get into the cause basics is everything one need.
I agree that vitamins and minerals are essential but not as essential as basic amino and enzimes associated with body functions to break proteins into amino.

Turmeric capsules helped me when I had psoriasis. 1 capsule 3 times a day for the first week, 2 capsules 3 times a day for the rest of the time for 3 months. I took a week break every month. And I got rid of it for good. This is just what helped me.

Perhaps iron deficiency is to be blamed in my case as I am facing this since my teen years.. But how to remove this? No amount of scrubbing helps.

Yup...I really had this dry skin and chicken skin problem...and had also digestion issue so recently learnt about bile issue and started taking bile salt and believe me I haven't attempted any skin care regime still my skin is getting better than before
