Didn't see that at my local Aldi here in the states and I was definitely paying attention when they released their camping gear. I would have definitely snagged one of these.
I've got a similar one from 'Trekology'. I got it as a bit of a joke because it's kind of a luxury item for hiking/camping but man has it ever been useful. From being able to eat and use stuff off the ground but also useful for putting packs on when I'm loading up my bike trailer. It's actually the last thing I put back in my pack when leaving a rest site or campground.
Nice! FYI, ALDI did not lie about the weight. The case clearly says “approximately”, which in my world means “close to”. I believe 671g is close to 650g🙂

Thanks for the review. We have several Aldi stores in here southeast Florida, and looking it up--2392 ALDI Locations in the United States. I found the instructions that you held up, a bit strange. The weight limitation is 30kg or 66.14 lbs. Then the instructions state, "Use this table only for seating one person at a time." It might be suitable as a seat for one child, but I don't know any adults that would fit within the weight limitation. It does look like a nice portable table. I have some TravelChair "Side Canyon" aluminum tables that are smaller and heavier (2.3 lbs) which I use in the yard or for sitting a plant on. Their weight capacity is 250 lbs.
Nothing like TEMU, they are a very popular German-based company across 11 countries. They have actual stores - they are in certain parts of America too.
They are a discount retailer here in Germany and have expanded into several other countries. They produce nothing themselves. Most of their non-food products are made in China. But IMO they have a good return policy (the German version is most likely different from the one in the USA). I got a very similar table from amazon. I was about 10 € more expensive, but is 100 gr lighter. Great product and great to take on a motorcycle. Not sure whether I would want this for backpacking. I can see an ultralight chair making sense, but a table? Hmm...
@@SandraOrtmann1976 the table makes a lot of sense and if you'r not walking too far and counting the grams it is worth it. @@fatmanfaffing4116 I am German and live in Germany. Have been buying from Aldi on a very regular basis since adulthood, so I am absolutely familiar with them. 120 $ seems very steep for a table like this.
Aldi is a German owned grocery store chain. They sometimes have non grocery items called Aldi finds. Usually very limited availability, and rarely are the items restocked. Not all stores have this

I didn't know they had camping gear at Aldi here in the U.S. I'll have to check out our local store.

$20 well spent for convience
Can you put a hot stove/pan on it???
No, the material is water resistant polyester, not heat proof material. So, depends how hot your pot is.... If Straight off the fire then no.

I’ve got the iclimb table! It’s cool, rugged and helps protect my gear in the pannier

Can it actually take 30kgs weight?
Yes, absolutely. These things are stronger than they look.

Cool table design. Maybe someone is selling it on Amazon, in the USA?
This is a cool table

This is the same table that YOBOgear sells for five times as much! I wish i would have seen this before i purchased the YOBOgear table!

Yes, definitely not suitable as a seat... But perfect as a hiking table that will fit into a backpack 👍
There is a very similar table on Temu
Dang -- looks like the outdoor/camping equipment is not carried in the Aldis in the US....
I have not seen any, here in the USA either!
Amazon sells comparable tables at comparable prices.
Here in Texas, ALDI does carry camping gear. I have purchased a tent, sleeping bag, cutlery, and today I bought a blanket.
