Do you get single strand knots im just sick of them by the way I’ve been doing your routine technique and love it just try to nip the knots in the bud just got a silk and they are everywhere
I don't get those... not sure what you're using, but you may need a conditioner with protein in it to make your strands more filled in so the ends aren't so easy to spiral into knots.

Like I want my new regular style to be a blow out type style or a twist out on blow dried hair (to get a looser curl look). Do you have any tips on how to do those styles without compromising the health of my hair??? Split ends is my biggest thing and the main thing that’s been preventing me from having the length I want but I’m just over wash n gos. Pls help! Thanks!

I just trimmed it today using her exact technique and it was so easy. Don’t worry. No one has touched my hair but me in 10 years! 😊

You may need more trimmed… you can also incorporate a dry oil like Aveda dry remedy a couple times a week.

Hair generally grows about .5 inches a month, so in a year, you should get at least 6inches.

Why can't you use 10 volume developer with permanent color even if you have lightened ends? Is 20 volume and up required for permanent?
10 vol only deposits color, very minimal lift. 20 vol is the lowest recommended for permanent color to fully penetrate and process.

Balayage definitely allows you to go longer between touch ups.
