I have bought the fhi flat iron because of you and I appreciate you so much! I straighten my hair regularly and I experience no heat damage at all! Everyone should have FHI tools!
Thank you so much, Mo! I typically don’t like straightening my hair myself cause the results don’t last but your simple tips helped me see why. Needed this education; appreciate your honesty and transparency! Can’t wait to try this in the Fall!
MO this is WONDERFUL. I have been thinking of updating my at home equipment to make my life easier and this is PERFECT. I rarely blow dry my hair because it is a lot of work for me, but having the right tools may make my next blow dry a PLEASURE! Thanks again for this informative demonstration. You really know hair and your tools!
When my grandmother did hair she bantu knotted her clients hair before blow drying😊 But this video came just in time, I was just looking up what kind of blow dryer I need to help me blow dry better!
Gorgeous results but more importantly, awesome tips! I don't blow dry often so I'm very awkward when attempting to 😅. Saving this to my favorites Playlist! Thanks Mo! ❤
Ooooo my ....I'm in love with this video. I have used roller setting as part of my flat iron process and want to learn how to blow out my hair instead. This information is a game changer. Thank you soooooooooo much!!
Ok Mo 🔥 I’m definitely get the left side low tension results. Thank you for explaining how the different tools work. My Dyson came with a hollow round brush so I can use that to help get a smoother result.
Hey Mo. I’m so sorry I missed the live but thankfully I was able to rewatch. As always you give the best advice and your products will be sure to please.
That is a great job job start to finish! Thank you Mo for the clarity on blow dryer brushes! Makes sense now why my hair was always fuzzy growing up using that blow dryer comb attachment!😂 Thank you!
This was an awesome video! Very informative and detailed. I like using the round vented tension brush. Hope I said that right. It absolutely cuts the drying time for me. Took me a while to learn how to hold the dryer and the brush, girl... Watching this has me thinking when it would be a good time to invest in a new blow dryer or flat iron. What are some things to look out for? Thanks so much again Mo! Been watching you for years and I always take your advice and you never disappoint ❤
The FHI tools are all winners! Go with ceramic on both and you’ll be good. Take a look through all the options at www.fhiheat.com/moknowshair and use code ‘moknowshair’ for addtl 10% off. The tools pages have lots of info to help you decide!
There is just sooooo much to learn from this lady. I have learnt and am still learning so much from you Mo. Thank you so much. My hair is now bra strap and growing, from shaved head, following your tips. 🤍
I was kinda sad to see all her long hair go, but it had to be done to get rid of her old haircolor and for a fresh start. Now, it will be great to see her new hair growth journey from here.
A lot of us look at the "Blow-Dry Professor"; can you give us more blow-dryer brush product reviews as it's difficult for us (natural hair) to use a separate brush and blow dryer when doing our own hair?
Yes it definitely takes practice! The FHI blow dryer + brush tool all in one is a great option if you have a hard time with brush and dryer combo! Linked below this video. 💗
Her hair turned out marvelous!!! 😍 I have a question about blowouts and blow drying with a hot brush. I know you use heat protection but do you use a leave-in conditioner too? Or just the heat protection alone? I've been eyeing cream heat protectants because they work like leave-in and give a little extra moisture. But I was wondering do you need a leave-in with blowouts or blow drying the hair or do you use the heat protection by itself since the hair is considerably moisturized from wash day? Thanks!
You follow the instructions of the heat protectant you choose. So if you want a serum/lotion texture, choose that type of protectant. If you layer it with other things it may not bind to the hair as intended and won’t “protect” your hair.
@@MoKnowsHair you know what, that makes so much sense! I never thought the extra products might block the protection. Honestly, it explains why sometimes my blow dry before the blowout comes out stiff and not smooth. Thank you for the explanation and reply!🤎 I'll be sure to pay attention to the instructions because those notes are there for a reason.👌🏾
Chile!!!! There's good content, and then there's MO'S CONTENT!!!!!! We love you goddess

She was really ready for a major makeover and the bob was her specific ask! It's gonna grow right on back lol

The cut was very nice. What do you think about the dyson airstraight and the revair for blowdrying?
I like the first gen Dyson, I haven’t used the new one or the rev air (I’m scared to put my hair down in it 🫠 lol)
@@MoKnowsHair It's really not that scary once you get used to it. :D It's really saved my ends as I'm transitioning from damaged to healthy hair. :)
What is the best setting to have the round brush on for minimal heat damage?
The heat protectant you use will cover that.
Have you used Olivia Garden round brushes? Is the FHI better?
Oh yes! I love those too, used to use them a lot … I didn’t have any on hand. I should get some more!
They’re both very good brands honestly!
Mo, what about the Revair?
I haven’t tried that one yet!
@@MoKnowsHairwould love to see a tutorial from you on that. My hair is always so dry after using it.
What brush was used after applying the hear protection
The tangle Teezer… it’s linked in the description box!
❤❤❤❤
Can you please do a hair growth journey video
I have that coming up!
Are you taking new clients?
No, I’m not behind the chair 💗
