In this episode Kerry continues the conversation about the powerful and beautiful teachings in Nephi's teachings about the Doctrine of Christ. He takes us through other places in the Book of Mormon where we see the Doctrine of Christ being taught, so that we can see the similarities. He continues to explore the role of the Holy Ghost.

Thank you for these podcasts. I am glad you are discussing the importance of connecting with Christ and The Father. I think as members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints we can get so focused on the to do list that we miss the mark, which is to have a personal relationship with The Savior and our Heavenly Father. This is one of the things the Pharisees and scribes struggled with in Christ day. I know of this challenge of focusing on the to do list instead of the connection and relationship from personal experience. I struggle with connecting with people in general. It seems that more recently the leaders of The Church have been focusing more on the connection and relationship. I am grateful for that because it has helped me. Thanks again.
I just wanted to add after thinking about my comment, that obviously we must be doing (making and keeping covenants) in order to form the close relationship that God and His Son want to have with us and that will bring us a fulness of joy.
I think you are right, we are coming to better and better understandings all the time!

After reading this, I thought about my New Zealand audience (which is one of the biggest audiences), and I went through and changed the days and times my Holy Week episodes will release, so that they will be available the evening before in the USA, but that means they will be available each evening on the correct day for my NZ audience!

I have drawn much strength from how the Savior carried himself through that last week in His life, especially how to gracefully stand in the face of accusations, hatred and pain inflicted by those He loved so dearly, and that He did that for us today too🥹. My mind and heart are blown wide open with praise, with thanks, with wonder for Him. And has me singing and asking "Savior, may I learn to love thee? To walk the path that thou hast shown?"
