Problem 1: I have the Predator Helios 16 (4070, 240hz), and I had the same issue after 7 months of owning it. I would clean it out every 3 months and also manually installed dust filters in the vents for additional security. The sound was caused by faulty fans that needed to be replaced.
@@CarlosBristol1663 hmm...I dont think my first case on video was caused by the dusty blade of the fan. In my case the sound will appear by turning on the "RGB" backlit. Nevertheless, cleaning it every 3 months would be very tiring. Have you contacted your Service Center?
estou com o mesmo problema que você, já fiz de tudo e nada, mas vou esperar a acer lançar uma atualização para resolver isso, o problema é do software do predatorsense com a ultima atualização do windows e eles precisam resolver isso apesar de ser besteira, porem incomoda.
Case 1, IDK is it normal or not, but that noise bothering me ... Case 2 might happen cause of improper SSD/ RAM Installation... hope you don't experience the same problem...

Yes Brother, cause I Bought it on E-Commerce called "Blibli" in conditional 15 days return policy... so if i can explain why I return it and their QC check it and approved it.... The solution made can be 3 options, 1. Get My Money Back 2. Get Exchange with the same item or, 3. Exchange with another item (in case if you want exchange with higher item price you will paid for the difference).. 😀
Brother iam planning to buy the i7 model with rtx 4060 it will be my 1st laptop would you recommend it or not By your experience iam thinking to not to buy because if someone give lot of money and the product don't give the satisfaction then it is useless what's your thoughts on this?

Procienya acer unggul tipis 3. Garansinya lbh panjang 3 tahun part and labour + 1 tahun ADP dibanding LOQ 2 tahun ADP 4. Batrenya lbh gede acer ini same TGP RTX maxny dsni 140w vs Loq 105watt (cmiiw) pas datang yah rada2 kecewa, bolak balik ke storenya .... silahkan ditimbang2 sendiri om...
