These workouts are the toughest "beginner" practices I've ever done. It's really humbling where in the gym i can lift 2x my bodyweight but I tremble and fall in a lot of these movements here..
I have a health condition and too much cardio seems to set it off. I have been doing your beginner yoga foundation video every day and I have seen massive improvements. I'll be adding this in next! Thank you so so much :-)

So for weight loss and muscle growth I love to do your power routines. I do them routinely 4 times a week, and I try to incorporate some weights on the off days. I’m very impressed with how strong you are to do it and still keep your voice under control. I’m grunting and taking breaks regularly. Keep up the great work! I wonder if you recommend two sessions a day or is one enough?

I had a short window to train today. Due to sitting longer than normal I felt I needed some back body and arm work. I came home and......ta-dah thank you kindly 😃👍🏽 my arms felt this!
any term based on levels is always so relative to the group in front of you. while some elements of this may be a bit above students you teach, the components of this practice would be great for new students to try to add into their practice so they can build the confidence to take on other classes or challenges that interest them!

all depends on what you are looking for, I enjoy two practices a day. if you lift weights, make yoga your second session, so after the weight lifting.
