- The sun is finally out, Miguel’s re-learning how to swim, and our favorite friend came to visit! Early season training has been going really well-we’re all feeling healthy and have been getting some great miles/yardage in. Jenna’s gearing up for 70.3 Oceanside next weekend, and Miguel’s got his eyes on Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga in May for that sweet down river swim.

Glad to see you all back! I had a spill on my bike over the weekend, not nearly as bad as Miguel’s, but his attitude and recovery inspire me to get back in the saddle when the road rash heals up.

What would you say is the equivalent volume on bike compared to a run. For example for a 30 min easy run what would be the number of minutes equivalent on the bike for a similar effort to get the same training load. Hope this makes sense!
