At first, I thought he was just gonna do one rep or something, because his arms and legs do not look like that of a person who benches over 315. Then I saw him stand up and said, yep he's got a gorilla chest. Well, I mean to each his own I guess.

I think its legit bro, But like a previous commenter stated I too have been working out in a gym for 20 plus years and 4 plates off of a guy who's a 160 pounds I've never seen it but it doesn't mean that guy's not out there. I'm a 170 pounds myself and the most I've ever pushed off is 315 and that was at my peak.

He has about 10 years worth of bench progress videos. He has videos before that showing newspaper columns from his school competitions with numbers relative to his development. He only trains bench with some light back and tricep accessories. He dropped 315 on his chest in one of his gym videos and took time off. He always looks the exact same size (so not only is not fake, he’s not on gear either). He benches three times a week every single week. Well... that should help with the doubt

Completely legit I’ve been following from the beginning I’m 155 and 59 years old I wanted to see other lite body weight lifters that how I found his vids, I was @ 315 before and unrelated rotator cuff tear November 2019 (I’m a contractor and fell off a roof about 12’ and landed on pretty soft excavation, lucky because there’s tons of sharp shale around) so @ 315 I felt like king shit but this kid is very strong I don’t know how he does it

Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.

He does have an arch, you can see it in videos where he has a tight shirt. And he also uses leg drive, look at his legs closely, you can see his butt bounce slightly off the bench.

@@JokerisWild4 You can literally see the tension in his leg from leg drive at that time stamp. Also I’ve watched all his videos and he’s spoken about it before. He uses leg drive and he’s said it himself. You are a rude clown who can’t accept being wrong. You won’t go far in life like that.

@@Chris-hz8lj lol you have no idea what a proper arch looks like, nor leg drive. His back is completely flat. The balls if his feet are lifting off the ground during his heaviest lift. This is NOT proper leg drive. Proper leg drive has you pushing your body along the bench for proper posterior chain activation. This isn't even close.
But sure, continue arguing when you don't know your ass from your elbow.
