    Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.

      He has about 10 years worth of bench progress videos. He has videos before that showing newspaper columns from his school competitions with numbers relative to his development. He only trains bench with some light back and tricep accessories. He dropped 315 on his chest in one of his gym videos and took time off. He always looks the exact same size (so not only is not fake, he’s not on gear either). He benches three times a week every single week. Well... that should help with the doubt

      bohdi sativa You have no comprehension of how the body works, how steroids work, and quite evidently, how to use your brain. Even if he were to be on gear (which he isn't given his physique), the level of strength required would have to be very high in the first place. Steroids aren't magic, they don't increase neuromuscular efficiency. It will only help with recovery. This guy is a bench press specialist with extraordinarily efficient genetics. Now hop off you awnry pea brained hate monger.

      bohdi sativa Steroids don't make you stronger, fuckface. They make it slightly easier to get stronger through shorter recovery periods. You still have to put in effort. • @yianpap6093
      @yianpap6093 7 лет назад

      I'm not an expert either, just an enthusiast. But sprinters for example have always been around 1m80, not a stretch for an Asian man. Bolt is the exception. High jumpers are usually tall but there have been shorter ones with incredible jumping ability (e.g. Stefan Holm, Olympic gold), surely we would've seen some of those lightweight, "titanium" Asian guys all those years. And how about weightlifting, surely they should be dominating their weight class:)
