@Johnny If you're a total jackass reply to this with the word think in quotations...
Lol this guy has the whole gym respecting him, grown men racking for him, volunteering to spot him he's the gym celeb for sure
TheDipset1233 nd he’s prob the smallest too
Until it’s time for deadlifts and squats, then he’s got to go home. Lol
GYM GOALS!!
TheDipset1233 ah, now I know why people are always trying to lift heavy at local weak gyms and never go to real gyms where there are actual big time lifter. Thanks for clarifying Dipset1233
@@trevino37 do the weights at a "real gym " weigh more? Lol. Last time I checked a 45lb plate is a 45lb plate.
7 years ago and still the craziest bench press I’ve ever seen, considering homie weighs 154. Good job my dude you’re a legend
Legend video well done 2 him
@@miz528aaaaaaa there's no way the scrawny kid is throwing up that much weight. It's impossible he would be in the record books.
@robertlulek1634 Nah m8 with hard work and great genetics is not possibly
@@robertlulek1634 same way there are girls on the streets that look prettier than models, some guys can bench more than powerlifting competitors, they just dont want to compete.
@@azka9075 I'm not saying he's not doing it but it's kind of hard to believe from his structure. That's why I would like to see him pick up some dumbbells. That would be the true test. They're hard to fake if he picks up let's say 160 pound dumbbells each which would be a total weight of 320 should be able to do that if he's able to handle this weight so easily
Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.
So you'll watch this video 😮
I’ve been weight lifting for at least 25yrs. I’ve never witnessed a human weighing under 160Lbs, bench pressing 400Lbs+. Respect to this guy ✊🏾
Rod Boy1 exactly, but this could have been easily fake don’t believe every thing on the internet
@@Phaniac. yea that's true. But his weights are the same as everyone else's in the gym, his effort does match the weight, and everybody stares at him so i don't think it's fake. And if it is he's very good at fooling people.
@@Phaniac. I think its legit bro, But like a previous commenter stated I too have been working out in a gym for 20 plus years and 4 plates off of a guy who's a 160 pounds I've never seen it but it doesn't mean that guy's not out there. I'm a 170 pounds myself and the most I've ever pushed off is 315 and that was at my peak.
He has about 10 years worth of bench progress videos. He has videos before that showing newspaper columns from his school competitions with numbers relative to his development. He only trains bench with some light back and tricep accessories. He dropped 315 on his chest in one of his gym videos and took time off. He always looks the exact same size (so not only is not fake, he’s not on gear either). He benches three times a week every single week. Well... that should help with the doubt
Completely legit I’ve been following from the beginning I’m 155 and 59 years old I wanted to see other lite body weight lifters that how I found his vids, I was @ 315 before and unrelated rotator cuff tear November 2019 (I’m a contractor and fell off a roof about 12’ and landed on pretty soft excavation, lucky because there’s tons of sharp shale around) so @ 315 I felt like king shit but this kid is very strong I don’t know how he does it
When you invest all your upgrade points to one skill
lmao this dude is playing Fallout and put it all into strength
GameLegend88 no he put it all into chest
MrWonderWaffles upgrade well spent
Omfg 😂😂😂
At first, I thought he was just gonna do one rep or something, because his arms and legs do not look like that of a person who benches over 315. Then I saw him stand up and said, yep he's got a gorilla chest. Well, I mean to each his own I guess.
the strongest bencher i have ever seen, what a W. Bro this earned you a subscriber. Your strength is incredible, your and inspiration to us smaller guys, im currently 133 bulking tryna get to 140, and you 're over here benching nearly 3xbw
Never seen something this impressive! I cant figure out how your muscle fibers can be that strong. You are gifted!

@Charles Lmao keep the conspiracy theories to yourself, you alt-right troll
Lol thats so true.
There is a teenage(15yearsold) white kid who benched over 405 Morgan Nichols this year but his mom is like a 4 time mrs olympia winner and his Dad was 'friends' (dealer) for Ronnie Colemann, so he is kinda like a superhero test subject kid but there are other guys with better lifts who weigh less a guy at 112 lifted 395 another at 148 lifted 505 so yeah that's bullshit and this is the first time I've even seen an Asian lift triple body weight seen a few Russians already and that kid Morgan was a Nordic looking American lol but I guess he was actually an Asian kid according to your theory? Facts are everyone is getting better thanks to technology and access to information not just Asians
Ah now I see what was missing from my rep schemes, I've been completely neglecting the baby warmup

My biggest fear would be if someone lifting that heavy asked me to spot them and they needed help getting it up and I couldn't get it up either...
Then tell them "I can't lift that, it's too heavy." Trust me, they'll appreciate the honesty
i can spot the person no problem if he is actually capable of lifting most of the weight but i mean if he fails completely then were both fucked
If hes pushing and your trying to pull it up too, you will definetly always be able to get it up unless the dudes lifting like 800lbs
if he tears a pec your sure as hell will have to catch the whole 410lbs
my max deadlift is only 315 atm.
I find this video popping up on my feed once every few years and I watch every time because of how impressive and motivating it is
i watched this and got some inspiration. i havent worked out in 16 years, i just work and take care of my wife and kids everyday. i decided to go to the gym cause i want some muscle again and i want to gain some weight. im 147 pounds at 5'9. my first day at the gym was embarrising cause i didnt know what i could lift or should lift. needless to say i was able to do 100 for 5 reps on bench. my goal is to one day be able to bench x2 45 plates on the bar. thank you for giving me the inspiration that even us little guys can lift big if we put in the hard work!
Youve is this bro what are you at now?
When a dude 40 pounds lighter than me benches more than I deadlift.
Hahahahah I didn’t realize this actually applied to be too
Hahahahahaha no shit right?
Yeah what the fuck
@Niko N I mean....my chest looks larger than his at a glance and he benches way more than what I can, so I'm not gonna gauge his strength anymore based on size

Holy shit ure here
These are such great videos to look back onto
Respect for this guy to stay consistent. This was the cleanest 410 lb bench you will ever see. No stupid wannabe powerlifting arch, full ROM, no bouncing, a natural diet, no steroids… he even still benches 380 lbs + 10 years later… on top of that, lifting isn’t even his main hobby. He has a family, he is well socialized, he goes fishing… long is the guy we need to have as an idol
How do you know he not doing steroids!
Just because he's not massive doesn't mean he isn't taking steroids. Other than that I agree with this!
his legs are looking strong as well... prob squats 450 so he's well rounded...😁 410 bench is INSANE. A guy at my gym is 52, benches 410, he's 5-6 180 & 52 going on 53 years old...
@@Brey Tons of people become fathers on steroids, my roommate included. What are you talking about?
And just because he most likely uses gear doesn't mean he isn't still a genetic freak 🤷🏼♂️
@BreyDT if he has freakish genes tell me why he can only bench he should be very strong all around back legs arm shoulders cardio I'm going with the obvious than guessing just cause he doesn't look it I'd bet anyone he should show cant show a clean legit test
Just so everyone knows how insane this is, this bodyweight to bench ratio goes well above what's considered "Elite" level strength.

Now he is also doing squats and I can't wait to see what that will do for him.
Facts
It doesn’t even look real. I’m not questioning the authenticity it’s just amazing seeing a guy that size handle that much weight and relatively easily
@@nicholasl8249 that's why you shoukd say, "it's unreal" instead.
Definitely he must compete in powerlifting
when I read this title I expected to watch some intense back bending arching like most compensating "power lifters" do , but this is the most impressive thing I've ever seen in a gym.
Except a powerlifter would control the weight and pause at his/her chest (not knocking this dude). Arching your back protects your shoulders lol
+Patrick Cruser yes a slight arch but you get what I meant, we have all seen those videos of an arch big enough for a basketball to fit under essentially doing a decline
Haha yeah that's what I do...
Wrong lmao, Archering your back is the result of tucking your scapulas so you don't pronate during the concentric portion of the lift. Benching with a flat back is literally terrible biomechanics, if he had better mechanics he would be 20% stronger in the long run.
+nick pannella wut
Absolutely insane! I’m 195 lbs & on a good day I can bench 245. Granted chest is one of my weakest muscles & my bench isn’t impressive for anyone that lifts frequently, but 410 is incredible regardless of body weight. At 154 lbs it’s insanity!
Just take roids

Hes not a kid lol hes close to 40 with a family
How is it raw strength if it took this guy 10-15 years of training to obtain it? It wasn't given to him, he benches more than everyone his size because he has trained more than everyone his size.

bohdi sativa What a personality you have there
bohdi sativa You have no comprehension of how the body works, how steroids work, and quite evidently, how to use your brain. Even if he were to be on gear (which he isn't given his physique), the level of strength required would have to be very high in the first place. Steroids aren't magic, they don't increase neuromuscular efficiency. It will only help with recovery. This guy is a bench press specialist with extraordinarily efficient genetics. Now hop off you awnry pea brained hate monger.
bohdi sativa Steroids don't make you stronger, fuckface. They make it slightly easier to get stronger through shorter recovery periods. You still have to put in effort. They're not magic like you think they are. Listen, I can tell you're a little kid. You don't know what you're talking about. You need to stop.

Very much doubt it lol. This guy is an exception. Otherwise there'd be Asians dominating track and field, which they don't. Did I mention they have the smallest dicks too? :)
I'm not an expert either, just an enthusiast. But sprinters for example have always been around 1m80, not a stretch for an Asian man. Bolt is the exception. High jumpers are usually tall but there have been shorter ones with incredible jumping ability (e.g. Stefan Holm, Olympic gold), surely we would've seen some of those lightweight, "titanium" Asian guys all those years. And how about weightlifting, surely they should be dominating their weight class:)
How the hell is this even possible????😮. Damned impressed with this young man!

All these years later this is still one of the most impressive lifts I've ever seen. How did you do it?!?!
Some people just have it. My uncle back in the 90's benched 380 at 168lbs. Never on the juice and I've seen the footage. He's 53 now and can still put up impressive numbers on most lifts. Guys way bigger than him couldn't do the weight he did. This guy here is a serious powerhouse too.

Such a good lift. You are compact and your arms are a perfect length. Good technique. Keep it going.
I have came back to this video so many times. Just the humility of his actions and his weight compared to what he is doing.
No arch unbelievable that’s the best bench ever for his body weight and he doesn’t do competitions
He has done competitions in the past
that range of motion is insane
doesn't bounce the weight and comes to a full stop at his chest too, incredible
Exactly what I was thinking, no arc at all
This is an assumption, possibly some form of physical enhancements?
410 is strong as all hell for anybody of any size. Then ur telling me this guy is only 150? Goddamnnnn
@@blackmamba4682 tbh thats cool and all but no one online will believe anything you say unless you have videos up
@@blackmamba4682 no one gives a shit about lunges!

after working out bench for almost a year I finally did my body weight 1 times and I weight 160 pounds I thought that was amazing! But then I see this video wow I have a long way to go to even reach 2x my body weight!
Me: Finally i can bench 245lbs.
RUclips...
Larry wheels barbell press 245lbs on each hand...
Skinny Chinese guy bench press 400lbs
Me: *crying internally*
Larry did 225 for 70 reps, and 500 for 20 reps... another genetic god

@@Bro_DT was almost there at 285 before the quarantine, but have probably declined since rip
Pretty sure he’s Vietnamese 😁
the people who call this fake are the same people who think brad castleberrys lifts are real smh
RegmPL - they’re both real
yeah obviously, he's a multiple world record holder every time he walks in to the gym, but refuses to prove it in a meet. sober up.
RegmPL - How does someone who’s known for lifting fake weights never get caught bringing over 10 fake weight plates into a gym? Including fake dumbbells and fake machines? In multiple gyms, while matching their inventory? I’m not saying it’s impossible but it’s a whole lot less plausible. I think he lifts real weights he’s just a huge douchebag
Æ if you think someone can break powerlifting world records every time they step in the gym you're a fucking idiot
Bill Turner aye but the difference is he's a bench press specialist, and has done weight similar to this in a meet.
Seriously impressive and inspiring.
This still lives rent free in my head
This has to be the most impressive bench i’ve ever seen
1:03 - 330x5 paused
1:26 - 370x1 paused
1:49 - 395x1 paused (paused PR)
2:08 - 405x1 touch n' go
3:06 - 410x1 touch n' go (PR)
4:24 - 365x2 paused
5:17 - 365x2 paused
7:15 - 375x1 paused
@1:03 isn't that 315lbs instead of 330? 🤔
@@Gator87 nope that’s 330
And the 330 for 5 was far more impressive than the 410 for 1
What I've learned is do pause reps lol
@@Brotection_ yes paused rep give you a lot of strengh !
This dude has to have the highest strength to weight ratio ever
The world record for 149 lbs is a 524 lb bench
@@arushnaidu7873 you mean when they bend so much that they only need to unrack and no fucking range of motion fake ass press GTFO🤨
and I have the highest weight to strength ratio
@@loiten7908 oh stop hating man clearly just jealous he is a very strong man for his weight like there's guys that weigh over 200lbs and are lean and can't even so half the shit he's doin
Lei Liu bench pressed 498lbs at a 148lb bodyweight with no leg drive, with minimal arch, and while flaring his elbows. It took place at the 2012 Paralympics.
The first few times you put up over 400 pounds are an absolute thrill. I hope these guys felt the same.
I always come back to this vid annually for inspiration
I want to see him come up to a power lifter after they just finished with 305 lbs, and be like, you can leave the weights, then proceeds to add 100 lbs more
That would have been the funniest scene
I wanna see that too. Haha!
He is a powerlifter himself.
I bet he’s done that for sure!
That would be such a fucking big dick energy move
37 and been a gym rat since I was 17...never seen anything anything like this. A kid that size moving that weight?! Unheard of! Boys a fuckin monster!
Been training 23 years.. Never seen anything like this.. ever.. he is unreal! i'm bloody strong for my size but he's incredible!
I've been training since i was 3months old and i bench 370 at that age. but this guy at the video is stronger than me.
I've been blind as a bat since birth, so I've never seen anything like this................................. ever.

Great strength, great spotter, cool people, what a healthy gym that is
