This is literally madness. This guy deserves 10 million views for this extraordinary feat of strength. Unbelievable. Kali Muscle this is how you do it.
π day and this guy doesn’t have as much muscles as kali muscles, thus he shouldn’t be able to generate the strength to do more pull-ups? Muscle mass is proportionate to your weight. Means there’s no excuse in he’s heavier this he can’t do as many reps or shite -unless that’s dead fat weight-.
Kenji, I suspect that he had quite a few more in him. He just got bored. At some point, you just say, “Ok, that’s enough.” How bout Vince Gironda? Remember him? As I recall, he did things like this.
105 pull ups with almost a 5 second gap between each one, hanging all the time, 👏 gotta admit this is probably the hardest thing I've seen done, dude u sure you've not got Bionic arms.
What many may forget: it's not just about strength, your body has to find a way to keep pumping blood up into your arms against gravity simply to keep the muscles functional. Very impressive.
@@maximalexis9872 the way he’s doing these pull ups. He had to train for a while as its a lot of endurance. He’s trained to recover between reps in 3-5 seconds. Like ill put it this way. His weighted pull up max is probably similar to many who can do 40 pull ups in a row meaning his endurance is the main factor to this. Probably took so long to train to this point though. To actually get endurance that good on pull ups is pretty nuts
@@lmdoinraysmom I trained for roughly 6 months while on deployment, I got to be able to do 40 pull-ups without letting go of the bar, and no pauses. 105 is incredible especially with the 3-5 second pauses.
This is how these videos should be. No frills, no marketing team, no crowd. Just some guy and his buddy at a playground with an iPhone setting world records.
" He's resting between each rep by pausing." - He maintains tension even between sets. He prevents resting by continuously hanging from the bar with *both* arms. Try hanging from the bar for as long as you can and tell me which part felt like you were "resting".
I'm curious how many he could do without the pauses in between. I just tried this and I can do 40 in a row, and 60 doing this method. But I felt like if I trained pull ups in this style for a couple weeks I can prolly do a lot more and 100 doesn't seem that hard.
The hardest part was the grip and my forearms got really tight, but everything else felt fine biceps back etc.. also u can alternate using more back or more arms in between reps and rest muscle groups that way.. honestly if I did more grip training I feel like I could go almost indefinitely using this method
John Joh sorry I've never posted vids.. but try it out urself.. this method of doing pull ups are surprisingly efficient.. again granted u have the grip endurance which I dont
@@Conormcnproductions bruh, the 2 seconds rest between each pull up is what make this insane, your forearm is gonna burn, and reduces every muscle bounce effects you have when doing it fast

This bloke just took ownership of the pull-up: faultless form and outrageous endurance.
Very well done indeed!

I have been studying this for signs of editing and I can't find any ... Which is just purely insanely impressive
These are actually real reps, unlike many other attempts...
Mr Hist u commented that on the previous vid aswell
yeah same exact comment. hmm in fact many comments on the old video are very similar to ones here. I know it's a very similar to the old video but it feels like dejavu
These are not 105 reps . These are 105 sets of 1 rep. … with 3 seconds stop.
You are totally wrong, stop also takes some energy. Those reps are ideal, except the last ones but It's normal that he has to skip legs in last reps
rnst>> [ I am a Greek and my English language is no good ]. I think if they will tell you it's ok to stop 1 minute and go on … you will believe them.
This is literally madness. This guy deserves 10 million views for this extraordinary feat of strength. Unbelievable. Kali Muscle this is how you do it.
Alan Ross Martinez Rodriguez
Are you Arj Barker?
Alan Ross Martinez Rodriguez kali has atleast 40kg bw on this guy lol
Kali is filled with roids and is much heavier than this guy, of course he can't do 100+ pull ups
π day and this guy doesn’t have as much muscles as kali muscles, thus he shouldn’t be able to generate the strength to do more pull-ups? Muscle mass is proportionate to your weight. Means there’s no excuse in he’s heavier this he can’t do as many reps or shite -unless that’s dead fat weight-.

What many may forget: it's not just about strength, your body has to find a way to keep pumping blood up into your arms against gravity simply to keep the muscles functional.
Very impressive.

Good point, I hadn't even thought of that.
aaaand how the body finds that way?

I could do 20+ when I was 20, but 105 - it´s absolutely bananas! Tough is right word. Much respect.

@@maximalexis9872 bro Superman 💀
Stop 🤥 . He did 105 in 10 min with no rest you bitch

" He's resting between each rep by pausing."
- He maintains tension even between sets. He prevents resting by continuously hanging from the bar with *both* arms. Try hanging from the bar for as long as you can and tell me which part felt like you were "resting".
If it wasn't resting the pull muscles he wouldn't be doing it
I'm curious how many he could do without the pauses in between. I just tried this and I can do 40 in a row, and 60 doing this method. But I felt like if I trained pull ups in this style for a couple weeks I can prolly do a lot more and 100 doesn't seem that hard.
The hardest part was the grip and my forearms got really tight, but everything else felt fine biceps back etc.. also u can alternate using more back or more arms in between reps and rest muscle groups that way.. honestly if I did more grip training I feel like I could go almost indefinitely using this method
bsgnine Holy hell did that seriously increase your reps 50%? If you don't mind could you show a vid?
John Joh sorry I've never posted vids.. but try it out urself.. this method of doing pull ups are surprisingly efficient.. again granted u have the grip endurance which I dont
That is beyond difficult, the practice he put into being able to do this!!! THE WORLD SALUTES YOU SIR
Can't figure out how this can be possible 🤯 out of this world performance 😮
Huge respect for this man who fully disengages lats in every rep, proper pull-ups!
Is impossible to disengage the lats on a pull up wtf gtfo
Jhonattan Da silva he meant as in going to deadhang and not staying retracted as most people would do
but he's taking a break after every single rep, it looks like 105 sets of 1 rep.
@@Conormcnproductions bruh, the 2 seconds rest between each pull up is what make this insane, your forearm is gonna burn, and reduces every muscle bounce effects you have when doing it fast
@@huybu5121 resting between every rep makes it a lot easier. do you really think he could do 105 reps without pausing at all? obviously not. but yeah hanging on a bar for 10 minutes is in itself an impressive feat

This is the most impressive feat of strength I have ever seen.
This is more endurance than pure strength, even though I have no doubt he's very strong as well.
RMMvA yea , of course .
I bet a guy who can do 105 pullups will be able to do at least 250lbs of extra weight on a pullup despite not training for that .

Macron's willpower and nose wrong
Well at least he does it slowly at windy place. That supports stamina

Yes, his arms go all the way down to the straight position, which is how it should be, but he's down there too long though. If he was only in that position for about a second every time, I wouldn't be able to pick any faults with his technique.
zx50 P wow another pro RUclips commentator.
@Julian C I do push-ups, not exactly the same thing, but I only stay at the bottom for about a second (or under) and then I go up again. That's how it should be with these pull-ups as well.
The longer you hang the harder it is.
