Hey guys,
I just wanna let you know about something I thought I would never tell you about, I will only post it here so that only those who really care about my content get to read it, which is that this channel is not monetized, and hasn't been since 2019, yes, I lost monetization back in October 2019 and hasn't been able to monetize it since, other than my current sponsor that is barely keeping it alive, I'm not making any money from it and it's been very hard to keep it up at the same pace given the circumstances. That is why I'm asking you guys if you are capable of supporting me with a donation of like 1 dollar a month or even quarterly depending on how much you can afford, that would breathe life back into my channel.
If you wanna support me with a donation, here : www.paypal.com/paypalme/NoaMa...

The average human cannot grasp how tough this guy is.
Pull ups are so tough. Holding a bar for 2 minutes is already hella painful.
Holding a bar for over 10 minutes AND doing 105 pull-ups is beyond incredible.
Just crazy!!! Crazy respect too.

This is absolutely ridiculously insane impressive. Never seen anything like it. I do pull-ups consistently and have been for years -- I'm still trying to get to 30 straight out. And like others have said -- just hanging from the bar for two minutes is absolute torture. I can't even get my mind around this.... 10 minutes straight.... 105 pull-ups. This is literal Superman stuff.
Same here. Been doing pull-ups since i was a kid. I am 32 now. Max was 25 to 28.

My farthest reps has been 27. How the hell, he was able to do so many reps with those giant balls weighing him down! Stay strong and keep getting stronger!
Those giant balls are called weighted calisthenics brother 👍🤣
The answer is easy: Calisthenics.
The answer is easy: he's Russian.
I don't even know how one gets the strength to hold on to the bar for that long lol
Been doing calisthenics for a few years now, and it is still hard to hold on doing nothing for 4 minutes, let alone doing pull ups the whole time for 10+ minutes.
I don't think it was necessary to mention his balls man
The amount of pain he's been enduring this challenge is mind blowing.
Probably one of the most impressive things that I've ever seen any human accomplish. 105 pullups alone fast is incredibly hard and almost impossible. Doing them slow for over 10 min is superhuman!!

Bro you have my deeply respect for what you have done, this is a perfect form and insane to accomplish
People who don't do pull-ups will not understand what a feat of strength, conditioning and mental will power this guy is demonstrating.
I am truly humbled and encouraged to push the envelope after watching this.
Would be great to see to how he trained to be this good.
Bamboo People that train from a young age have these basic feats of endurance and strength. Seeing his body proportions he's in perfect balance for in this case pullups. Not much mass on the legs and most mass in the upper body. Amazing feat nontheless but certainly no PED's.
Yeah I’m kinda sad knowing how many people won’t be able to fully appreciate this dude because of not being able to understand how hard this is.
Brain Aye. People that think this guy is using steroids, ped's or thinking this is a superhuman feat have no idea what the human body is capable of and have never really used their body for anything in their life. While this is really hard it's not impossible to achieve.
Man I trained for a while to get to 24 pull ups man, to get to this level is insane
Basically, Anyone can do 100 pulups. You just have to set your mind to it and train for it, no steroids needed.
25 of these pull ups are more impressive that 100 cross-fit pull ups, this man has impeccable form
1 of these is more impressive*
Crossfit pull up is a joke
he has a strong core
The whole key to his success, is his form. No shaking, swinging, or shifting his weight. Impeccable display of core strength, mental focus, and balls out glory.
He is resting 3 seconds in between reps
Just off that first rep I knew this would be insane. What an inspiration honestly.
Just doing a dead hang for that amount of time would be impressive. Slow repping 105 pull-ups is unthinkable.
My personal record is 30 and I can honestly tell you what it takes tremendous efforts to just add 1 more to previous best. I couldn't believe that his every rep is so clean.

after seeing the whole video i must say im really impressed.... but he clearly rest about 4-5 sec every rep... soo saying this is no hanging rest is just bs.... grip streanght from god :) yes all of it
It is dificult to stay hanging on the bar for 5 mins without pull ups... and he can stay more than 10 mins hanging + doing pull ups. AMAZING
Yes man! ..and people here are talking about rest time !!! Wtfffff
I want to know how many of them have 30 or even 20 stright pull up
Even just hanging for two minutes is hard, plus he did 105 pull ups. Most people don’t even do that much in a whole workout 😅
I did 4 min, my arms were destroyed
After seeing this...you must reevaluate your strength and mental endurance. This is what we should be all capable of accomplishing, yet we rely on excuses, a way out... How'd he do it? He wanted to...dedication and training. I couldn't do 20 pull ups straight now I can do 25 easy. I've noticed by doing the reps with a pause and doing as many as you can each time will drastically increase your reps. Obviously eat healthy and you must be focused everyday, kill the excuse.
It is already difficult to only stand for 2 mins
I feel privileged to see this. Great work.
I'd pay a million dollars to glean what's going on in his head during this challenge.

" He's resting between each rep by pausing."
- He maintains tension even between sets. He prevents resting by continuously hanging from the bar with *both* arms. Try hanging from the bar for as long as you can and tell me which part felt like you were "resting".
If it wasn't resting the pull muscles he wouldn't be doing it
I'm curious how many he could do without the pauses in between. I just tried this and I can do 40 in a row, and 60 doing this method. But I felt like if I trained pull ups in this style for a couple weeks I can prolly do a lot more and 100 doesn't seem that hard.
The hardest part was the grip and my forearms got really tight, but everything else felt fine biceps back etc.. also u can alternate using more back or more arms in between reps and rest muscle groups that way.. honestly if I did more grip training I feel like I could go almost indefinitely using this method
