    Hey guys,
I just wanna let you know about something I thought I would never tell you about, I will only post it here so that only those who really care about my content get to read it, which is that this channel is not monetized, and hasn't been since 2019, yes, I lost monetization back in October 2019 and hasn't been able to monetize it since, other than my current sponsor that is barely keeping it alive, I'm not making any money from it and it's been very hard to keep it up at the same pace given the circumstances. That is why I'm asking you guys if you are capable of supporting me with a donation of like 1 dollar a month or even quarterly depending on how much you can afford, that would breathe life back into my channel.
If you wanna support me with a donation, here : www.paypal.com/paypalme/NoaMa...
    Thank you guys for reading

Pull ups are so tough. Holding a bar for 2 minutes is already hella painful.

This is absolutely ridiculously insane impressive. Never seen anything like it. I do pull-ups consistently and have been for years -- I'm still trying to get to 30 straight out. And like others have said -- just hanging from the bar for two minutes is absolute torture. I can't even get my mind around this.... 10 minutes straight.... 105 pull-ups. This is literal Superman stuff.

He wanted to...dedication and training. I couldn't do 20 pull ups straight now I can do 25 easy.
