    I've dumped my ldr ex (used your advice, found that the distance was too great with no signs of it ending anytime soon) and have no intentions on getting back with him, but I still enjoy watching your videos! The "what not to do" list reminds me of my first love (ldr relationship) and how I acted in all the wrong ways, and I cringe hard at how I used to be

    Im married with kids, i have applied the NC for two weeks by keeping it simple, trying to only have conversations related to our kids and simply avoid talking about "us" although he brings other conversations up. Im also working on my self by becoming more independent. Recently he told a common friend that he feels like i dont need him anymore and that im doing stuff i wouldnt do when he was in the picture. Now im confused on what to do or how to take his comment

      U miss him! There is your answer camily, the love is still there but the time is not. We humans make mistake here and there. But only you yourself know if he is worth it. A piece of advice from me, think of the good n great things happen together as couple. Maybe its worth a shot always. Try talking things out and it may have a solution to it. Dont enter into a relationship to soon, because it may hurt the other innocent person which is unfair. I hope i m right in this but if i am wrong, my sincere apologies.

    Hey brad.. I've been watching lots of your videos and it has always been a comfortable for me. Am so thankful.
    I've been with my ex for almost 2 years and within that two years our relationship has gone through a lot. She once cheated me and I forgave her and we continue dating but slowly she started losing her interest in me and we broke up. She told me she'll never trust me again.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +3

      Thanks! With regards to your situation, this is why you shouldn't forgive easily and let her earn your trust instead so as not to enable their behaviour and so you won't lose value in her eyes. So set some strong boundaries. One way of showing that is to stand up for yourself and to cut off contact. Never ever chase and don't take any bs from your ex, yeah? If she doesn't trust you and you haven't done anything to break that trust, then she's projecting, so be careful with that.

    We dated for about 3 months but had a friendship for a year and a half. We only got to hangout once during our relationship due to quarantine. She broke up with me because there’s a lot going on in her life and she said it’s best she’s not in a relationship for now, but I still want things to work out. It’s been a week of no contact.

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  4 года назад +1

      Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. Discussed that here: ruclips.net/video/ZuHWCWeG1xs/видео.html However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html and the golden rules here: ruclips.net/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/видео.html

    Hi Brad, me and my gf didn't contact for a month because of arguments and now I apologized but she doesn't want to forgive me and she gets angry at me. I said I will change but she don't believe me. She even blocked me from all apps but I convinced her to unblocked me but still nothing is right. I don't know if she gave up for real.
    Please help, I'm new to your channel btw

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  4 года назад +2

      If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay? See, making changes for the sake of someone is considered seeking validation, and that's an unattractive trait in and of itself… so it naturally won't do anything to rebuild the attraction necessary to get your ex back in the long run. On the other hand, if these are changes that you know within yourself that you need to make, then it's important to take time so be sure you aren’t rushing it because permanent, lasting changes don't happen overnight and your ex can actually see through it. Also, pain (that's why your ex dumped you) is a very good teacher and motivator not to mention a huge catalyst, so making these changes within yourself in order for the possibility to come back together stronger and better is what you can expect and you will be able to use this progress if not for your ex, then with someone new. Does that make sense? With that in mind, watch this vid to subtly show these changes to your ex: ruclips.net/video/bZ1KetALZrc/видео.html

    I started no contact 6 weeks after the break up. I didn't beg or plead for another chance but I let it be known I was struggling a lot with the break-up. I ignored her and left her on open when I started no contact. She said it was rude, and I told her I wasn't trying to be rude, just busy and didn't want to talk to her for now because I want some space. Was that the best thing I could have done? I tried covert jealousy and she has unfollowed me as well, but no reaching out. Thanks Brad

      Take time to not only give each other space but to work on becoming the best version of yourself as well. Also take time to accept the breakup. When you do, you won't be acting clingy and you'll be in a much secure position in your life even without your ex. As to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. Here's the link: www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Best of luck!

I tried to beg him twice after 2 days. He repelled. I started watching your videos and am applying no contact strategy. I am at day 3 right now, today I noticed he removed me as a connection from LinkedIn. I am afraid if he is moving on. But I am still trying to work on myself and be my best version hope this no contact gives me a better direction. ☺️

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  4 года назад +1

      Yeah, stick to your path. Unless you've done something really epic to mess up things, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: ruclips.net/video/5UT92IB5ugs/видео.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : ruclips.net/video/D1GpR5MApQk/видео.html Good luck!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад +1

      So you're saying it's been at least a month since the breakup? Once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ruclips.net/video/XonMtLFo000/видео.html but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: ruclips.net/video/BAhMrmw3Sms/видео.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: ruclips.net/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/видео.html Good luck!

    Hi brad I dated a girl for 3months and made huge mistake by lying to her so she texted me she doesnt know what to do unless I fix the problems she doesnt see the future with me. So I took full responsibility to fix it and I did. But her answers were angrily I dont want to think about it right now, or cant believe you did that out of all the guys you and my guard is up" so i plead and begged giving her flowers and letter for 1 week, and I sended her last message saying "I know you dnt want to talk to me now all I can do is ask forgiveness and wait but since you dont want to talk to me anymore I just want to say thank you for wonderful memories you gave me for 3 months and hope your eye infection becomes fine thank you and good night" so right now im on NC for five days enjoying times with friends and family posting picture being social. did I do something very stupid at anypoint? what do I need to do? please I need your help

      Redo the "no contact" rule and make sure you stick to it this time. But watch this first to help manage your expectations: ruclips.net/video/OzVymYnQFTk/видео.html Here's how you can tell you're doing the "no contact" rule properly: ruclips.net/video/f7zuXk-sVsI/видео.html It may help to make use of the clean slate template, which is a free version from a piece of my Ex Factor Guide. Watch this: ruclips.net/video/6K3xufEwEFg/видео.html The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. But in order to fully understand how this concept works, watch the free in-depth video on my website to learn some psychology techniques and understand how giving each other space for around a month can benefit you than otherwise, at www.breakupbrad.com

    Hey Brad. Need help man.
    I did no contact for 2 times and broke them one at 10days and 2nd time at 22 days. Both the time she did approach me and I couldn't control myself spoke with her and expressed in such a way that I'm desperate to be with her. Then again she blocked me and left.
    Now I'm in my third try of No contact and this is 20th day today. Please let me know would it be working or not

      Watch this first: ruclips.net/video/jikW4YYC9yo/видео.html So it's it's best you go by the golden rules here as much as possible: ruclips.net/video/1kJ1ybuFIHE/видео.html Now I can't assess the damage per se, assuming you've only begged for a short while as opposed to months on end, and it may or may not be too late, but it’s definitely time to move forward from whatever mistakes you've made and not repeat those! Don’t be so hard on yourself, though, since this is a fairly common issue and most people are guilty of this at some point. If you'd really want to gauge your chances of getting back together (it may not be all doom and gloom after all) I suggest you take the free quiz on my website and answer as honestly as possible, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!

    I don’t want her back I would just really love your opinion. She made a big assumption on something and she told me to never text again and a few days later when I reached out she told me she’s not mad she just doesn’t want me to talk to her anymore and never wants to see me. She straight up doesn’t want me reaching out, why would me not reaching out anymore surprise her?
    It’s been 19 days since she last told me “for the last time stop texting me”

      Good luck! Have you checked it out yet? My ex and I broke up just over a month ago, and we kept talking after our break up, having emotional conversations on a weekly basis, and I told him yesterday it was too much for me to talk to him, and just to keep it about our apartment. I miss him so much and I want him back, I've told him I wanted to get back together multiple times already. He has asked if I need him to give me space multiple times and each time I avoided the question because I was scared, but yesterday when I finally said I need space he got upset. I'm confused and feeling like I screwed up my chances.

    Hey Brad! Me and my long distance girlfriend broke up more than a month ago in good terms. the thing is that I feel the urge to have her back even though I did not want her back at first. a week passed I begged her only once and we kinda agreed that we might have a chance to comeback. a couple weeks went by and we still talked but I was feeling sad. so I told her that I needed time for myself to figure out my life. she does not know that I'm applying the no contact rule, but she agreed to text me back at a random day.

    Hi. I think Iv made every mistake possible. She cheated and left for him. We were still talking and being intimate. I know big mistake. I went no contact for a week. She’s messaged and I broke no contact. I then Told her about it (no contact) and said I was getting better and now I think I fucked it. If I went no contact again will she reach out? Or…… I dunno what to do or think anymore. I’m so lost

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      Sorry, man, but chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: ruclips.net/video/m27TLeyUmwg/видео.html There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Whatever the case, it's important you forgive yourself because no one's perfect, and forgive your ex too. Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place but never force things with her if you can see she no longer wants to try. Take care!

      I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time.

    We were togather for 11 months,she broke up with me saying that she doesn't feel safe or trust me anymore and it was just a fucking banal misunderstanding.
    I applied no contact and she reached out saying that she wants me and that she is very sorry and she was confused and she thaught highly of me that's why she was shoked to hear me say that ect..
    and this and that...i waited a day befor replaying to her,i was on vacation during that..i was genuinely happy and relaxed..our conversation was light and happy i made her laugh so much and i ended the conversation graciously saying that friends are calling to go to the forest nearby (it was what Happened)
    The probleme is....i still have doubts with her..i feel that things are very awkward now and i just CAN'T see her as i used too...LOVE her i never connected on such a deep level as i did with her (she is an artist I'm an architect... conversations between us were heavenly and took houres! One time we talked for 11 houres!) I loved every detail of her Brain soul and everything..but now it's very awkward and heavy and I don't know what to do or say

      Thank you Brad for your reply.
      I ended up breaking up with her for good,after nearly 2 months of getting back togather she showed some true colors (they were there the entire Time i just was blind) whenever i was being playful and funny she didn't stop ranting obout her father and how "he didn't care" and "dismissed her" when she was sad(she threw a tantrum over a Burger and i was making fun in hope she sees how Silly she's being) every time her dad comes in to the picture 😩, she's quick to dismiss my issues with my newly started architecture firm for her car not being comfortable ennaugh,she gets mad and passive aggressive when I'm bizy with work, extremely sneaky emotional manipulation,and tons of similar and more exhausting things,i managed to just ignore her Silly behavior and get her back on track every time but honestly i got tired of waisting my time and energy and lost every bit of interest in her and it was painful to loose what i had for her.
      We had an adult conversation that i needed to move on as we resonated at a different frequencies and it's not working anymore for me.

My ex dumped me because of his mother as she really said him to stop the things..but he decided to be friends with me as very already were..he always show anger towards me whenever I talk about our breakup and always say I was having no attentions to do that I am helpless..I can't do anything just move on..he text me daily but I really Hurts me..it's been 50 days of our breakup.. should i apply these strategies and no contact?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      He could be pushing you away because of his mom. If your ex is in the right age to make his own decisions that’s independent from their parents, then there may still be a chance. Otherwise, it's best to consider moving on from this, okay? I’m not quite sure why parents had to get involved in the first place. It's either you're both too young to date or it has something to do with culture. Understand that the choice is ultimately up to your ex on whether to fight for you or not despite the opposition going on. Good luck!

    Hey brad, we dated for 4 months
    ( In the four months we were going out on dates twice a week for around 1.5 months then we stayed together for 3 weeks and then we had long distance for one month and breakup after two days of meeting again) we were quite serious and close with each other, all was going great, i was asking her to come over and she said no i asked why and out of the blue she broke up with me saying there’s no future and we both know it’s gonna end eventually after our course complete which is after 5 months, it will hurt a lot less if we end it now. We did meet twice and made out once after the breakup, talked for sometime i once kinda begged but then a week after my breakup i blocked her from everywhere but whatsapp and i have maintained no contact for 18 days now, she has not texted me yet and I don’t think she even cares now, she just asks friends that how am I doing. Should I unblock her from social media or is there still a chance she will text?

    Hi Brad. I'm on day 16 of no contact. There's just one problem. me and my ex broke up in the heat of the moment and he blocked me everywhere saying he's finished with me for good. he also deleted all evidence of me as far as i've heard. so he doesn't know i'm employing the no contact strategy, but in his mind, we're never speaking again. i don't really know what to do or how i'll contact him on day 30 as i'm almost sure he won't respond or will block my account. i'm really nervous and don't know what to do. i can't stop thinking about him and every day has only been tougher.

    • @BradBrowning

      Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time.

      You both have to process the breakup first and go through all that pain and slowly let go of the bad memories...It is a process, but this is what the "no contact" rule is for, to help both of you move forward from that pain. A reconciliation with an ex means there will be a new relationship between you two where the lessons of the past are taken into consideration in order to resolve it to create a better relationship in the future. Does that make sense? Give your ex time to let go of the bad memories, however, this won't happen overnight and for sure takes time, so don't rush. Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. What were you two fighting or arguing about? It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: ruclips.net/video/XuJFf5Kch5o/видео.html Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: ruclips.net/video/BBEhaY3gLIw/видео.html Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw

    Hey Brad, quick question about telling your ex that you're in no contact... So I did the emotional thing and begged and pleaded with her to please reconsider. I'm happy with myself that I didn't get angry with her, and I only reached out 5 times over two weeks after we broke up. The last time I texted her she told me that she was getting anxiety from my texts and she wants to go no contact. At the time I hadn't heard of no contact before, so I just replied to her that I believe that our relationship was worth fighting for but if she wanted that then I would go no contact. I wasn't telling her my strategy (I hadn't even heard of it before 😅), I was just agreeing with her. Is that the same thing that you cautioned against? It's been 23 days of NC since then

And our break up was so out of the blue he just went to see his friends old housemates went from I love you I miss you to a phone call saying his moving out. I know our relationship got stale because being in lockdown and I needed a bit of space since he was a needy person. But I didn't think he would leave since his whole life his been abonded and shit. And he was always afraid of me leaving him. And I was his first love. But we were so close everyone shipped us we were that couple. Then all a sudden he broke it off. And im still super confused. I just want to fix things I fucked up when I stop doing things with him even though we were living together. Im fixing all my flaws now while I'm doing the barely any contact thing. Affect your chances? Not at all. Just try to make sure you maximize what you can within this 30-day period such as healing yourself, enjoying your own company, as well as spending time to see where it all went wrong, but only when you start to feel better, so be sure to take time to grieve first and feel the loss and cry all you want but then make an effort to pick yourself up first. Remember, you can't pick someone up (to be back in a relationship with you) if you're also feeling down yourself. Now is the time for self love. So give yourself the time and attention you need to heal first, all right? Make sure you watch my other vids too for more tips on what to do next. Good luck!

I feel like she may have bad feelings towards me now i said it.

      @BradBrowning  2 года назад

      It depends. How long has it been since the breakup? If it's within the 30-day period, that's really understandable especially if she dumped you. However, if you've already cut off contact and then acted strange after re-establishing contact, that may lead your ex to think you're playing mind games. Try to avoid that in the future, okay? Anyway as it is, do give yourself time to really accept the breakup first so you can play your cards right going forward when you interact with her. I highly suggest you check out my other videos for more especially if you're not getting my guide. Good luck!

I was about to leave the action when I saw her again walking around me with her girl friend. This time she was looking straight forward. When I came home I found out that I have still some feelings for her. By the way we were in 4 months relationship. I broke up with her and applied no contact immediately. As surprising as this may sound, she has already lost attraction for you, hence the breakup. Whether she thinks the breakup was a mistake or not isn't something you should be concerned about because you have zero control over it and you shouldn't base your life around that. Okay? If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. I ended up breaking no contact early and she asked for space. I've been in true no contact for about a month now and I'm doing much better mentally, but should I wait for longer because she specifically asked for space? We were in a 9 month relationship before that so a longer break could be better?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  Год назад

      Average time is 30 days but can go anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks in usual cases. If there's been some endless begging and/or refusing to cut off contact on your end, however, I usually suggest to give it more time, around 2 months or even more. Cheating instances are different if you've cheated, could be longer or shorter depending on how your ex reacts. Do take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you. So the bottom line is the "no contact" rule is best applied when the breakup is still fresh. Discussed the importance of silence here: ruclips.net/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/видео.html Also don't forget to watch my other vids so you'll know what to do after the "no contact" phase, especially if you're not getting my Ex Factor Guide. Good luck!

    The thing is if I made mistakes in the very beginning can you still turn it around. Because I’m almost pretty sure that she is in a rebound relationship. And I made a bit of mistakes because it came so out of the blue. I talked about her with what I did and to my surprise she did understand why I reacted like it, of course it was hard for her, but she understood and accepted my apology after that I decided to break contact and only react to really important messages and started to contact her when I was emotionally ready to talk to her again. I haven’t reached my goal yet, but right now we are on speaking terms. I’ve visited her multiple times and yesterday she messaged me out of the blue to give her a call. I still have trust and a good feeling that I can turn this around even though I made some mistakes. She seems happy with her new partner, but she does not hate me and doesn’t bother her to have contact with me. She doesn’t seem really affected by the mistakes I made. And even though I made mistakes the relationship she has is still not healthy

      What did you do? I suggest you heed my advice from this vid, first and foremost: ruclips.net/video/jikW4YYC9yo/видео.html and from my other vid here: ruclips.net/video/PN-07kAtIjw/видео.html but also make sure you aren't being defensive or deflecting the blame because that's as annoying as ever. It may help to apply the tips here first: ruclips.net/video/qnE192fUKxI/видео.html

      Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: ruclips.net/video/XonMtLFo000/видео.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right.

    Hello Brad, so basically I started the no contact couple of days ago and I'm just wondering if I should disappear from social media and not post anything? We haven't blocked each other on social media either so should I still open up her Facebook stories and like her posts or ignore everything?

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  3 года назад

      You're putting too much emphasis on social media and it means you need to stop looking, especially reaching a point of obsession, at any of your ex's pages, and especially if you're still on the 30-day "no contact" phase. Doing so will not only make you overanalzye and/or worry over the most inconsequential stuff, but you'd also be consumed about thoughts of your ex when this time is supposed to be about YOU. Makes sense? Discussed that unhealthy tendency here: ruclips.net/video/sJg4udwCS90/видео.html

      Assuming you've done the first phase properly, which is the 30-day "no contact" rule, then you should be in a position to be ready to test the waters with your ex. Here's how you can tell you're doing it correctly: y2u.be/f7zuXk-sVsI You may want to tick off the checklist here as well: y2u.be/BAhMrmw3Sms Now once you're positive you've done all that's mentioned, you can proceed to contact your ex. Start with the tips here: ruclips.net/video/KMMv9ljdrkk/видео.html AND ruclips.net/video/uN_XAgHjaFM/видео.html but make sure to check out my other vids for more texting tips you can send your ex or get my guide for the complete step-by-step details on how to go about it. Hi brad, my ex and I broke up 3 days ago and then I decided to engaged on no contact rule, he was so angry at me when he broke up with me to the point that he blocked me on all messaging apps and told me to leave him alone, dont talk to him ever again and move on .. I am worried that I will be waiting for nothing, what if within that 30 days of no contact rule he is seeing someone elses already or sleeping with someone else and I cant accept him back and not deciding to reconcile if he had already dated or sleep with someone elses.. is it a behaviour of a man to sleep around after they broke up with their woman? Thanks

      Like I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you since you know your relationship and your ex better than anyone else on here. And alas, not every ex is worth all the trouble. It's up to you to decide who is worth fighting for at one of the toughest of battles you face in your relationship. Best of luck!

    Hello 😊 I hope you are doing great! Your videos are helping me so much! And I bought your Ex Factor Guide!! 😊
    I made some of the mistakes I shouldn’t have done (begged and plead) and now I am 6 days into the No Contact (but I did not send the Clean Slate Message before going on NC, we were just talking about when I first met him and my last message was “I didn’t know where I was putting myself into 😂” and he responded with “😂😂😂” and I left it there)... I don’t think it’s a good ideia to send the Clean Slate message out of the blue now that I am 6 days into NC but I would like to know your opinion... I was thinking that if he reaches out meanwhile and asks how am I doing I could say that I prefer not talking to him as respect the space he asked me (and something along the lines of your Clean Slate Message)... What’s your opinion!? Thanks!!

    • @BradBrowning
      @BradBrowning  4 года назад +1

      If there's been begging and pleading, yes, send it as soon as possible but stick to the rules and go back to not contacting your ex right after you send it. Don't go into long drawn out conversations with him because your ex needs space! All right? :-) Follow the guide down to a tee. Good luck!
