With AI technology, it's likely we'll see this eventually. There just needs to some improvements, especially with the consistency aspect. Very excited for NPCs to react dynamically to whatever the player does or has done, or even other NPCs and world events. Eventually AI could probably generate entire worlds and storylines. Well it already can, but it still has a ways to go before it's actually good. That and the AI used to generate 3D models and textures require multiple high-end GPUs. Not that AI generated assets are necessarily required, but it's definitely a lot nicer than a limited quantity of pre-made assets that produce a samey looking world regardless of how fancy the procedural generation is.
I like the (maybe unintentional) implication that, because the wife managed to leave him for a thane, not only did his wife become hot, she became hotter than other women (otherwise, the status quo probably wouldn't have changed). So it wasn't just a mod that made women in the game hotter, it was a mod to make this specific NPC's wife hotter.

Nor does he appear at the Thalmor Embassy party. There is no reasonable doubt that the devs. just left him a charlatan, rather than the noble he presumes to be.
in skyrim, children are actually unkillable because they are flagged as child, the way many (bad) mods change that is by just removing their child flag, which instantly turns them into an adult which can lead to... unwanted results based on your mods, but one of the not illegal results is that they will wield weapons
Any mod that edits NPC records is going to be not only a comparability nightmare, but also a bad idea. Thankfully, Slayable Offspring will only patch the child checks in damage output. Not that installing mods to kill essential NPCs is a good idea in the first place.

A few days ago I stole clothes from an old woman who lives in the Whiterun stables. I don't know, I was just testing out my new ability to steal equipped weapons and equipped armour/clothes. Turns out she's still naked, walking around Whiterun and outside. I thought her outfit would reset at some point like it did with Nazeem, but no.
Honestly your Skyrim and just general gaming based videos are my absolute favorites and it really sucks to see that your views drop with them. Suppose it makes sense since you grew a lot with skits that weren't gaming based, but man these things deserve so much more recognition.
