Did the definition of "equally-yoked change?" I could be wrong but I don't recall it meaning the two people in a relationship must be financially equal. Only Eboni can say what she wants and needs in a relationship. I don't feel worthless because Eboni doesn't want a blue-collar guy like me. I am not for everybody and neither is she. I know who I am as a person. My upbringing, life experiences, etc have made me the man that I am today and I stand strong in my power and my worthiness.

I needed to see this episode with Kirk Franklin. I admit I have been very judgemental of him for a long time until this episode. I tend to forget that Pastors, ministers, gospel artist, etc are still regular people who fall short daily like all of us. We should only look to people for added support on earth and know that only God can guide and guarantee a spot for our souls.
I totally agree. Nobody is perfect, but sometimes I feel like some men hide behind that to continue doing wrong/hurting others. I look at Pastor Jamal Bryant, for example, who would say the same thing - he’s human, but how does it excuse repeated cheating, with several different congregation members; continued babies being born outside of his marriage. I feel that it is ok to say you’re human but if you continue to premeditate poor behavior, how can you stand on the pulpit and be a leader to others? There has to be some accountability for our leaders, and everyone in general. We can’t just hide behind “well, nobody’s perfect!”

I agree with Vivica concerning Eboni K Williams. Eboni put down a whole group of hard working middle class men. Most bus drivers make more than teachers who are required to have a Bachelors degree and Masters degree to work.
