Totally agree! Initially I was happy for them but then I saw videos of him stroking little girls’ faces and twirling their hair on stage while singing to these kids and staring at them…very weird. He’s been charged with rape too..I’m just a little wary..

Soul Mates… there’s a lot going on and Claudia is right, so much for us to process mentally, emotionally and physically. We have to do what we can to take care of ourselves. Sometimes therapy is the answer. Meditation. Breath work. Exercise. Journaling can be sources of support for us all.

The last 2 weeks have been rough for me also. The weather's been rainy, cloudy & and dark, and it's been a struggle to stay positive. I've felt weepy & down also. It's rough out here in Philly, but I'm pushing forward! I'm forcing myself to push forward. The sun's out today, so I'm feeling better.

Handle that anemic situation Claudia I woke up one morning so dizzy and it took two years getting it fixed from liquid iron , transfusions and fibroid removal…. yeah all that ….feeling a lot better now but I wish I listened when the doctor casually mention it.Good Luck 😊

I grew up in NY and live in LA.
Even though I have a six figure job, I take public transportation ( hence my watching this on vacation in West Africa with the money saved from no car payments or car insurance.)
Three weeks ago I watched an entire busload of people (including the driver) sit around while a White man harassed a 14 year old Latino teenager calling him a ‘f@ggot’ so loud I could hear it through my headphones.
When he got in the kid’s face, I had to run up to the front of the bus and push the guy away and told him to get the f@ck off the bus.
He was about to square up, but then he took one look in my eyes and got the f@ck off the bus.
The insane part was that the kid was Latino, (as was everyone else besides the driver and myself), and nobody moved an inch to help.
It’s societal.

I am in New York and yea many of us over here is apathetic. I so wish i was on that train that day. There is no way i can sit and watch someone getting choked like that. I can never not do something. Omg thanks Al for the explanation of the moon. I and a few people that I know have been feeling down over the last week or so and still going through. I got a call yes saying my niece wanted to kill herself because she’s so overwhelmed and sad for no apparent reason. I was able to help her work through it but we are all in a funk.
Hope she's better :-/ did you send her an article about the moon? I sent my bestie one cause she been the same, and she in her third trimester. May 14th it's supposed to be over!

Yes, Al mercury is in retrograde until the 14th on Mother's Day. We also just had an eclipse for the full moon in Scorpio yesterday so everyone could be feeling the energies of that as well. i totally hear you, claudia -- re: feeling "a way" about negative story after negative story after negative story....and how, at some point, it really starts to affect you -- mentally at first, but then that unaddressed mental stress/anxiety/depression ultimately starts to impact your physical health as well.
i tune in for several consecutive weeks (news channels, social media, articles, etc), but then i have to zone out completely from that same news for another several consecutive weeks, just to maintain my sanity. it was during one of those "zone out" timeframes that Jan. 6th happened, & i'd just come out from under my rock, GLAD that i'd at least "regrouped" & "refreshed" for several weeks, so that i was capable of now tackling that new & significant stressor!
trips are Great and thankfully, you're in a position where you're able to afford a few excursions per year, and With Good Friends to boot! imagine those who don't really have a good or consistent, healthy circle of friends &/or CAN'T afford to get away or a good therapist -- and the toll such stress would take on them! .............scary! ~ b.

So true. You want to help, but you wind up getting sued. There was a case some years ago where a guy saved someone from commiting suicide and the guy he saved turned around and sued him. Stuff like this makes you not want to help because you don't know if you'll be sued or killed.
It's obvious, not everyone was " minding their own business" or we wouldn't have seen the videotape. That's the reason why " now" the WM is being charged, because the video went viral.

Its unfortunate what happened to that homeless man. As someone who lives in the NY area, since the pandemic there were a number of people who were pushed off the platforms onto the tracks by homeless people with mental problems. People have also been attacked on the streets. So this is not the usual situation. Last week another individual passed away by the hand by another individual. Its very unsafe and thats why people did intervene but they were calling the cops which was not reported.
Agreed …. It’s not like people don’t want to help is that people make the conscious decision not to because you yourself can become a victim.
I’ve been in New York 15 years I’ve never felt unsafe, but there have been unfortunate situation’s that have happened even with people trying to jump in
Absolutely agree that it was unfortunate that this happened to this young man but when you are in NYC regularly - you can't assume most of the mentally ill or homeless are harmless . There have been many too many incidents of harm against others and noone intervened at all.
There was also an incident where a woman was followed into her apartment and murdered by a deemed homeless man. I recall with this particular story this man was shouting that he wasn’t gonna take no for an answer if no one on the train didn’t give him money or food etc…
@@rogers5622 Mental health people usually aren’t a threat to the public. There are for the most part victims of violence That’s statistics. They are usually victims of police violence as well.
