I’m a single mom of two kids. I love my kids to death but there’s days where I cry. It’s not easy being a parent let along a single parent. I literally have no me time. Nick only bragging because he is doing the easy part. Sex, have kids and Disney world. But like Al said Nick is not the 24hrs 7 days a week active parent. The moms are the ones who have to rearrange their schedules to meet the needs of their kids, be there when they sick, up 3 and 4 in the morning when they have bad dreams and crying. All the temper tantrums, all the school activities, sports, doctors appointments and everything else that comes with having kids. Nick will continue to keep having kids because he thinks it’s fun because he really have no big responsibilities. He acting like paying for them ain’t nothing. But money isn’t everything. What happens if two or more of your kids have an important event they want you to come to? All kids stay in different cities and none of them live with him. Being a parent is more then monetary. I don’t understand why some black men don’t understand that

Why is there a screening for every job but the ones dealing with children and elderly? Come on we gotta do better as a society in America.
Well there is a screening for that, and usually some state boards too.
There is not sufficient screening for these positions in any state. Because these are low paying positions. We need to double the pay, administer psychological testing, and require 2 psychological evaluations from 2 separate psychologists at minimum.
There are screenings for these positions. Look, I’m not taking up for the lady, but like Al said, some of these kids are “bad as fudge”.
- You call home to parents. Nothing happens.
- You send the child to administration. Nothing happens.
- You take away privileges. Behavior is not solved.
- You put the child on a IEP or behavior plan. There’s still issues.
At the end of the day, some of these kids are just BAD, and parents refuse to believe that. Did the kid deserve to the hit? With WHAT WE KNOW from Claudia’s reporting, the kid did not deserve it.
But as a teacher in these schools, I want to see the school cameras. I want to see what REALLY went down. Did she slap the kid for the picture? Or, was it more to this story than what’s being reported?
Again, I work in the system, and I know how these parents will formulate stories in the news to make teachers look a certain way for the sake of their children. Therefore, I’d want to see the actual cameras for myself.
Again, I’m not taking up for the lady, but I want to see the cameras for myself before making a judgement…

Be very discerning and don't be quick to hop in the bed with anyone if you want to avoid becoming the potential 3rd party, 3rd wheel, homewrecker, side piece, or in a complicated situation where they can't legally marry you because they're still legally married because they don't want to have to pay up financially or can't afford the divorce. The dating pool is awful because even the singles are no good. 😅 You either have to be really patient and prayerful, content/happy being alone or yes spin the block and reconcile with an ex (couples therapy if neccessary to fix it). When it comes to that 20-30 percent, it's not something THEY need to work on. It's really something YOU need to work on if YOU want to move forward with that relationship. If that's part of their personality, even if they don't necessarily like it about themselves, they've at least learned to live with it. It's YOU who isn't sure you can live with it, and it's YOU who would need to make a decision, and if you decided to pursue a relationship with that person, you'll have to figure out how to navigate YOURSELF around those parts of that person that you don't like. These people we meet and develop relationships with are WHOLE PEOPLE, not Build-a-Bears.
