EXACTLY. I feel like Tosha husband stole the money and because she choose to stand by her man (which she is the one who took vows for better or worse) she thinks they can just LIE THEIR WAY OUT OF IT. Ms. Warwick was celebrated by Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford, my Alma Mater! I had the opportunity to meet with her privately, which was an honor for me! She was absolutely lovely -- very sweet, gracious and encouraging. She shared she would be performing at one of the large casinos in Lake Tahoe which is coincidentally near my home town, and I'll always remember her generosity to me and my family by blessing us with seats directly in front of the stage and backstage passes. Her voice is incomparable! How wonderful it is to know she is releasing new music! I'm so looking forward to it!!

Yes Vivica, I have drastically cut my hair. However, it wasn’t because of a breakup, it was because my 23 year old daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she and I had beautiful hair and always lengthy.
When chemo took her hair, I wanted to support her as the journey of new growth began. I loved In India Arie’s song I am not my hair where she said “ Breast cancer and chemotherapy, took away her crowning’ glory, she promised God if she was to survive, she would enjoy every day of her life. I loved this song because we as women of color need to know “ our hair shouldn’t make us, we should make the hair!
That’s why I made a drastic decision to cut my hair for my Baby Girl Shontia. She knew I loved and supported her until she lost her battle at the age of 30.
