I just use the M.2 -> USB external case, backup all the data then reinstall - no need to make your customer buy another NVMe drive when it is not necessary. Easiest solution is to re build system data from a windows 10 installation drive. Idk why people always wipe and re install it’s not that hard to fix. Yea I get it if it’s a driver issue but at that point you should just be able to boot to safe mode with your repaired OS.
This is worse than driver issues, unstable system due to low quality chip components used. I've only had this problem once, luckily I knew a IBM trained technician that diagnosed the problem.
What I would’ve done would be to just put the m.2 into another of then transfer files into another form of storage device then reinstall windows and transfer the data back. This should be a option, still should be at a cost but should be lower than buying a new ssd.
But what I always do in my builds is have a separate drive for the OS and applications/drivers. I then keep the data like games, driver downloads so if something like this does happen it’s as easy as reinstalling windows then having the files already there to install once more.

Get a cheap sata ssd and make a backup copy of windows with macrium. Shut down, leave it unplugged for when this day comes. Second, have a dedicated usb setup with windows creation tool and leave it for when shit really goes wrong.

You could have just reset it without wiping it. This reinstalls windows and it keeps the old windows instalation/data in the windows.old folder
Finaly a repair shop that actually asks if we want to keep or delete data all the ones i went deleted it without asking
Best option: RMA the Motherboard, which I did, now... no more CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, no more RAM XMP issues. I did all the troubleshoots above btw, before RMA.
Critical process died.
Our school computers (Lenovo 300e 2nd generation) blue screen from SDBUS INTERNAL ERROR. My computer got imaged, and now it doesn't bluescreen anymore.
One big problem. What caused this? Because It’s not the first blue screen for me and i’ve reinstalled windows twice
Did you try safe mode?
i had this problem and i fixed it right away just had to download a rescue disk before in macrium reflect, boot to usb drive and click fix boot problems
The last windows versions are pretty stable. Most bluescreens are hardware related not software. That is why we could see it fail over and over. And next time take the ssd out and put it in a dock or something and backup the customers files jeez.
Get a cheap sata ssd and make a backup copy of windows with macrium. Shut down, leave it unplugged for when this day comes. Second, have a dedicated usb setup with windows creation tool and leave it for when shit really goes wrong.
bro why dont you simply move the files to an usb through the freaking command prompt you had and then reinstalled windows? you should know how to do that, right?
Its a hard drive issue i face this earlier 😂😂
Thanks bro your steps help me and i appreciate uh help allot
The blue screen continues to appear every time I install Windows. It only runs correctly for a certain period and then the blue screen appears. Knowing that I installed two types of hard drives in the laptop, is this the reason? A friend told me that the device cannot withstand the load and heat, and problems begin to appear. I want I would like to check with you regarding this matter.
3 option use an osd usb to use wine on a phone to install linux to get all the files out THEN reinstall windows
Just open memory dump and read what is wrong, then you can easily fix it…
I have the issue but im on laptop wat to do
Pov:it turnes into happy face..💀
I had this happen recently and I just went on to my main computer and installed a windows media creation tool onto a usb and plugged it into my laptop and I booted from the usb and it fixed it without removing anything. Simple fix
If you are using an Ethernet cable, mostlikely, this is the problem.
Windows can give you the incorrect drivers.
This happened to me while installing win11.
It gave me the wrong Realtek drivers and i had to install the new drivers using a wi fi instead of ethernet
