Good builder! As I understand it, their forks have no drilled holes to route the cable through the steerer tube, everything goes from theses holes at the back of the stem?

What was the thing under the bottom bracket? The battery for shifting and powermeter?
It's the Di2 battery for shifting. Powermeters are self-powered, usually with CR2032 button batteries or rechargeable lithium batteries.
