    Mam 8year ho gya muja 1ja 2 month bad fiver ho Jata ha sare body mai pain hoti ha. 99 fiver rehta ha. Doctors nai sab test karva lyea sab normal ate ha. Eska kya Karan ho sakta ha. Plz help me bhut dukhi ho gya hu.kabi to asa sochta hu apne app ko kuch Kar lyu.

      short term solution me relaxation exercises acha result deti hai... long term solution ke liye negative thoughts ka kya nature hota hai....une kaise handle karte hai.....is pe kaam karna zaruri hai.....
