Really enjoyed that. We travelled from Canada this year to see a few days of racing for the first time. Much respect to Paul and everyone who races. And the marshalls, and the people on the island. Loved every minute of it and can't wait to come back. Just the greatest thing I've ever seen. Words can't describe it when that first bike goes by. Thought i was totally prepared but my mind was blown. TT forever.
Like you, I thought I was prepared. My Dad competed in the 1956 Junior TT and I grew up with with the Isle spoken of in revered tones. My Dads's eyes used to glaze over when he spoke of the Snaefell course. I finally managed to get over there in 2022 when my brother and I buried some of Dad's ashes between Keppel Gate and Kate's Cottage. That first day at the bottom of Bray Hill when John McGuinness flew by... mind totally blown! You can watch hundreds of videos, but until you are trackside you just can't comprehend the magnitude of what these warriors are doing. Don't hesitate- get yourself there before you die. You won't regret it.
Brilliant film & team. It rattles me that these teams are not only up against financially but that they also receive very little if any publicity by the TV companies. Ridden around the course a good few times at 5am in the morning ! Thankfully being an old boy I know my limitations so just enjoyed the view with no one else on the road. Best wishes to the team.
100% agree, spend tens of thousands competing each year, risking everything and not so much as a mention on the TV! Appreciate the comment and thanks for subscribing :)
Fantastic film and there should be more done with the "little" guys, rather than the McGuiness's and Hicky's of the world. It's the likes of Paul and all those guys at the back end of the paddock that make this event what it is. Roll on 2025 🇮🇲🏍🏁
100% agree, without the 'little guys' the event wouldn't run. Something I find fascinating is the drive and determination to compete in something that, ultimately, yields no tangible reward. Just the reward of being part of something you're deeply passionate about! Really appreciate the comment Micky :)
@@ontrackmedia_ i know James personally and he loves it 😆 seriously though i enjoyed it, it was very real life to what happens in this game and what a fun burden it is 👍
@@sponge115 a fun burden, what a great way to describe it! We just tried to give the viewers a really authentic view on what it's like getting a road racing team off the start line!

Have a curticie box in paddock in front of crowd, stop swearing 🤬
