While you feel sorry for Merope, since she had a terrible homelife and wanted to be loved, you can't fully blame Riddle Snr. for leaving, since he was brainwashed against his will into loving Merope.
The story of Voldemort’s parents, and his conception, is a complicated one to say the least. Merope’s infatuation with Tom Senior is understandable, but that doesn’t justify forcing him into a relationship against his will.

Had anyone noticed after his "relation" with Merope, Cecilia probably got disgusted and left him like a sane person. And then Tom Riddle Sr. who could have got multiple girls as he was rich and handsome died as a bachelor atthe hands of his own son 15 years later.
We need to look at this from the perspective of an abusive relationship. Merope basically held him hostage and used him for her own means, even if she felt she was doing it out of “love”. The reaction to waking up from abuse is making the move to remove yourself from that environment. Any strong man would immediately walk away. The problem comes with the child. While Merope had inner mental struggles of her own and she saw Riddle Sr. as her own way of coping with her mental struggles from her own family, she wronged him in not even giving him free will to even think about a possible chance at actual love since the very beginning. While Riddle Sr. was in fact brainwashed and led to a fake love life by Merope, he wronged her by abandoning their unborn child and left both of them to fend for their own, knowing he most likely condemned both of them to their possible deaths in extreme poverty and never bothered to even care for his son's location for the entire 17 years of his initial life. Both of them never gave each other second chances and that's why I believe both were at fault with everything that happened up to that point.
I feel bad for Tom Riddle senior that Merope did the wrong thing to make him drink that love potion because, she got greedy and selfish and yet when it wear off Tom ran from her but it's wrong to abandoned his son but it can like both of their faults at the same time.

is it real story or a parable?
So both of Tom’s parents were pricks…wow
Y was Dumbledore middle name persavavle
I feel bad for Tom Riddle senior that Merope did the wrong thing to make him drink that love potion because, she got greedy and selfish and yet when it wear off Tom ran from her but it's wrong to abandoned his son but it can like both of their faults at the same time.

Why are love potions even legal in the wizarding world?
The story is messed up from every angle. The best outcome for it would’ve been that it never happened in my opinion.
How long was the house of black graunts here for 🏡
What would happen if voldemort and Tom Riddle meet illergemort😳 😕 😐 🤔 😑
I mean Ilvermorny
What would happen if the house elves raised kids🧒🧝♂️🧝♀️🏡
Some people are just born bad without a soul, so calling him a man is a bit of a stretch...Even for we Lestranges now that we are aware of everything.

I don’t feel bad for lord Voldemort he deserved what he got
I feel so bad for Merope.. he went through so much abuse from her brother and father.. watching Tom Riddle Senior gave her a distraction.. a safe place.. and when he rejected her and their unborn child.. She couldn’t do it anymore..
I feel more sorry for Tom Sr here, because he was raped, drugged and kidnapped for months. It's not the story of a heartbroken girl, but of a deluded and obsessive rapist. Sure, she was abused, but your traumas aren't a justification to harm others.
You feel bad for a rapist?
@@jorgebersabe293 that’s true as well. She really had no right to do that to him.. her decision no matter where it comes from created a ripple effect which led her son to become an evil guy full of hate..
@@davidcabreonmunoz6258 no I don’t.. at the end of the day she was punished for what she did with how she died
@@rushaliwanzah7287 Tom was incapable of understanding love because nobody taught him how to do so.
Tom sr had every right to leave voldemorts mother
Oh look no cauldron in the graveyard.

@@random_dude2582 I don't think anyone cares if someone else says: "first"
It's just annoying
@@AT-9777 You dont have to be an ass about it. Leave him alone dude
@@mickiethompson7324 How am I ass? I simply said who cares because it is so annoying to see hundreds of people say first at the same time like they were first. Seriously who cares. And why even write: "first" in comments because generally it is just annoying.
Tom riddle is responsible for so much deaths💀
So Voldemort's name was Tom Riddle III? Not very creative are they the Riddles.
Err... his grandfather name is probably Thomas and father name is Tom
Seriously 😳 😐 😒
Miserable 😭 😩 😖
