SR is the way! I wake up effortlessly, knock out 150 push-ups while watching the sunrise. Then travel through my day with energy and clarity. Then end my day with another 150 push ups, meditation and sleep peacefully.
It seems like a big part of it is the push-ups. Are you doing pushups that use the forearms primarily? That would explain the extra power reserves after starting SR.

I drink A lot of Spring water everyday and I have been on a whole food plant based diet for many years. Perhaps it is a sign from your body to be more conscious to what you are putting into it or what it is lacking. My discovery and getting into this diet I believe was because of semen retention ( it was my first long stretch, and it kind of just happened; even though in the past I had never been into it at all). Currently on 205 days. It's a way of life. I stopped meditating around 2 weeks ago, and boy do I regret it. I don't feel like I am harnessing as much of the energy, but It's not going anywhere. But when I was meditating and praying all the time, I could visualize success to a tee. These things would manifest into my life over night. It's astonishing. Going for the full 365, probably won't want to stop there either. It becomes more than just a number/streak that you are chasing. My skin is absolutely incredible, paired with eating only whole foods, getting 9 hours sleep every-night. I should start exercising more though, I haven't in a long time, but I have been able to maintain my lean physique. When I do exercise, I literally don't get tired, I could go on forever. I have been able to work sometimes 14 hour days into my business, and I don't feel tired. I always have such amazing mental clarity.
I went pure carnivore for like 40 ish days and healed me completely, now introduced fruits and some vegetables (only a small amount) in my meal. I typically fast 20 hours of the day and then eat the remaining 4. Would highly recommend. Also do prolonged fasting like 1.5-3 day fasts once/twice a month. It will change everything. Past 2 weeks occasionally slacking and eating like ice cream and shit, but gonna get back on the carnivore. Trust me, you won't EVER have that much energy and mental clarity, it's like you're a machine.@@Eternal_inquire

Tried SR for the first time in 2019 at age 21 for 4 months. I experienced so much growth, mentally, physically and spiritually. My progress came to a halt when I allowed the succubus spirit into my life and it completely drained me. Been addicted for several years. There is roughly 2 months that I started retention by feeling guilty for this act and thanks to the discovery of real faith. The stage 1 is probably the most important, because you create a sense of "logic" or "belief" about doing this... you can achieve it by many ways. I myself got this: Think about the power semen has! I figured this out when I was in high-school. I knew their must be some logic to this. My appearance would greatly improve and of course females became more attracted. I felt that it heals and grows spirituality. I felt an increase in the desire to learn about GOD. And the longer you go, the spiritual experience increases. I found myself thinking about GOD almost my entire time I was conscious. One mistake I see in this presentation is the idea of having stimulation but retaing from ejaculation. If you restrain from even stimulation, the results will be better.
I experienced a force kundalini awakening without retaining semen. It's just an ascension to Oneness and an expansion of what you already are. Consciousness, not the mind/ego. Consciousness is the Infinite Spirit. Your just dreaming a human experience, you are never apart from Oneness/Heaven. It's ok for a man to fulfill his desires especially with the person they love, I don't see the need to retain semen for months or years. Why not just change your belief to "I will experience an expansion of Consciousness with no more than 7 days" and leave it to the Universe. The Universe is here to fulfill our desires, especially a Spiritual Awakening or expansion of Consciousness. Just remember to accept your reality because you literally are creating it, and live fear free and doubt free and you can fulfill any reality desire to experience. The fact that your inquiring about it, creates a very high probability that you will experience it and YOU have the power to align with Source just from the desire. This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.

Currently on 205 days. It's a way of life. I stopped meditating around 2 weeks ago, and boy do I regret it. I don't feel like I am harnessing as much of the energy, but It's not going anywhere. But when I was meditating and praying all the time, I could visualize success to a tee. These things would manifest into my life over night. It's astonishing. Going for the full 365, probably won't want to stop there either. It becomes more than just a number/streak that you are chasing. My skin is absolutely incredible, paired with eating only whole foods, getting 9 hours sleep every-night. I should start exercising more though, I haven't in a long time, but I have been able to maintain my lean physique. When I do exercise, I literally don't get tired, I could go on forever. I have been able to work sometimes 14 hour days into my business, and I don't feel tired. I always have such amazing mental clarity.

I went pure carnivore for like 40 ish days and healed me completely, now introduced fruits and some vegetables (only a small amount) in my meal. I typically fast 20 hours of the day and then eat the remaining 4. Would highly recommend. Also do prolonged fasting like 1.5-3 day fasts once/twice a month. It will change everything. Past 2 weeks occasionally slacking and eating like ice cream and shit, but gonna get back on the carnivore. Started Semen retention 19 March 2024 till today, I'm trying not to keep count of days as this has led to strong withdrawals. Like yesterday I was trying to figure out how many days it's been all day, later on the urges were so strong I almost failed
However, whatever day I'm in I feel good about myself now, my skin cleared up and I'm attracting more women. However, depression and anxiety is one thing that stay the same. You are still fighting a battle up in the head, the constant flow of thoughts and not feeling any emotion other than being sad and worthless stays the same, no matter what you do and achieve it stay the same up in the head.

I figured this out when I was in high-school. I knew their must be some logic to this. My appearance would greatly improve and of course females became more attracted. I experienced a force kundalini awakening without retaining semen. It's just an ascension to Oneness and an expansion of what you already are. Consciousness, not the mind/ego. Consciousness is the Infinite Spirit. Your just dreaming a human experience, you are never apart from Oneness/Heaven. The mind actually creates separation for the experience that your soul wanted to experience while still having free will to choose different paths. You are ALWAYS manifesting, you just have to focus on the beliefs you prefer and the state of being you prefer, and you will gradually notice how your reality and people around you change. Whenever I'm thinking negatively, I'm first aware, then I reverse that thought to one that is more beneficial or positive, or I just let it go. That's part of the main focus of meditation is learning to let thoughts flow without judgement or attachment, until the mind becomes still and you can feel the energy flowing through your body.
Although retaining semen I've heard does help since it does move up the spine near the pineal gland, why not just focus deep on self inquiry, pray to your Higher Self, and let go of how it needs to manifest. It's ok for a man to fulfill his desires especially with the person they love, I don't see the need to retain semen for months or years. Why not just change your belief to "I will experience an expansion of Consciousness with no more than 7 days" and leave it to the Universe. The Universe is here to fulfill our desires, especially a Spiritual Awakening or expansion of Consciousness. Just remember to accept your reality because you literally are creating it, and live fear free and doubt free and you can fulfill any reality desire to experience. The fact that your inquiring about it, creates a very high probability that you will experience it and YOU have the power to align with Source just from the desire. Also, your pineal gland always opens and Almonds are very beneficial to your sleep(which connects you to Spirit) and the health of the pineal gland which expands consciousness and can cause heart activation, which causes the experience of Oneness/Bliss/Heaven. Even though I can try to explain it conceptually and some will understand, it's an experience felt and also a remembrance of the True Self, it's what Jesus, the Buddha and countless other ascended masters were pointing to. I've been doing this for years without having a purpose to, just naturally live this way.
I eat vegan, don't masturbate, or have sex, and honestly can't say I've noticed any difference in my life whether I do this or break it. Actually having sex made feel much more energised.
Thats because there is medically no real advantage to doing this. None.
day 80 today, I'd say it wasnt easy as there were many distractions and urges. But once you locked in, it gets easier and you just have to put your focus on better things

This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results.
1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.
It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.
