My kundalini process has been slow, beautiful, exhausting and a bit complicated. I was unable to do physical practices as mentioned in this video due to exhaustion, insomnia and stomach issues. My process started after five years of the dark night of the soul, a very long process for me. I am slowly getting better. My crown Chakra opened About 9 days ago and it activates constantly but I believe the chakras purifications has ended as the kundalini now moves freely. It used to take time in each chakra before moving forward. I am honored to this process but it got me by surprise. I was not expecting all of this and I am now learning to navigate through it all.
