Past lives are generally not revealed until the ego is sufficiently developed to be able to handle and integrate the information. Past lives reveal where you are most wounded. We experience trauma in every life. If we do not successfully deal with it, it carries over in our causal body to the next life. Past life information can be overwhelming and can flood consciousness with problems, complexes, suffering, etc. If you want to explore past lives, I would begin doing dream work first, which will segment naturally to the past life layers of the deep psyche.

My mother's parents went through alot including nazi camps. All throughout their lives I witnessed many families, but in my family a psychological aggregor and behavior patterns within effected everyone differently... with each passing generation the effects reducing to a degree. After seeing how such extreme trauma can last through time, it really illustrates how important it is to cultivate a spiritual practice to guide one's self through the things we cannot always precieve or are fully conscious of. Esoteric teachings are for more advanced than most people know, I often wonder if society has become addicted to profiting from those unaware of these inner most sacred truths.
Alot is talked about, very few are able to teach how to, practically. That is a true master teacher. It's only information until it is manifested and experienced.

During my spiritual awakening in 2020 i was involved in a fatal car accident, due to sustained physical trauma, i was diagnosed with muscle fascia condition . My left arm is not functioning naturally and i cannot bend the knee of my right leg, i know its caused by unresolved emotional trauma trapped in different parts of my body. I have done shadow work, emotional trauma healing, ancestral trauma healing,physio therapy, physicalexercises...this condition is so extremely uncomfortable, my body feels so imbalanced and misaligned. Would my body with its intelligence heal itself? I don't have financial capabilities to go to specialists. I wish i could know if i would ever heal and be able to return to my normal natural body functioning.
If you are all things than I. All lives you are the embodiment of love and evil. Light and darkness. It's how you use this life now that determines what you are now, not what you were. Actually I don't think anybody has all the answers when it comes to past lives and there's also theories about how we are living in existence of time so in a way it is the past for us. And also how time becomes less linear and higher frequencies that it's not fully an illusion. You say this is backed up by science yes of course it is but that doesn't mean that we have the answer fully revealed to us either. I have also read the tablets and I took those things and other contexts as well and you can see it from a different perspective. Once you have a real past life memory you truly know what it is especially when you remember being there and having your own thoughts in that place as if you were actually living out that existence. And you're right the tablet still encourage us to find the truth ourselves and I care about the truth.
