“You like smoking bc it forces you to deep breath” was told me to and it altered my relationship with Maryjane. Now I smoke less and circular breath on the regular. When we drink coffee, even one, our breathing accelerate, and we become less aware, make more bad decisions out of excitement, and we get easier to control.
