I was hired for another private event for December 19th for a surprise birthday party! I wanted to swing for the fences with this one and needed to bring in some help which is why I called upon my good friend Addison. Addison and I came up with an awesome 10-course tasting menu for this group. We had a lot of fun putting this menu together and coming up with some Italian/Asian fusion dishes! Our guests made the night fun for us and loved the food! Another good one!!
