Update: I made this recipe today and It was a success! Even my picky husband liked it. I did however have to substitute a few ingredients so I wouldn't have to go to the store as follows: half & half for Almond milk, your listed cheese for the pouch of creamy cheese that comes inside the Mac n Cheese box. its at better idea to toss the crumbs with melted butter, they will brown better.
