Somebody suggested to me earlier this year that I should look into ASMR relaxation video's here on RUclips as a way to get relief from the occasional insomnia that I was struggling with. So, it was around two months ago - on a night where it was all but impossible to fall asleep, that I decided to search youtube for ASMR relaxation videos.
My search had produced hundreds of videos. But as fate would have it, the one that I clicked on was uploaded from a channel called, “The Chonga Girls” - And it was entitled, "ASMR 2 Triggers to Help You Sleep”.
To make a long story short, it was after watching that video, that I decided that sleep was no longer a priority, and I proceeded to binge watch anything and everything that had to do with “The Chonga Girls”. I couldn’t even remember the last time I had laughed so hard, it was like discovering treasure in uncharted territories. I've seen each and every one of their videos at least twice now - some of them I've watched too many times to count.
While their youtube videos have definitely secured a substantial amount of fans and followers over the years - I predict that it’s only going to be a matter of time before The Chonga Girls explode into becoming bonafide youtube sensations, acquiring millions upon millions of followers, fans and subscribers.
They each have a unique sense of comedic timing that is truly uncanny - and together as a comedic duo - there is this facetiously charming chemistry between them that is magnetizing. In my opinion they are destined for stardom - and for those of us who have been here before that day comes - we will get to say that we are the original ride or die fans of OUR Chonga Girls!!
