    My favorite scene from this compilation video! And adding a bit more from the transcript.
    2:20
    Niles: Cancel the Millennium! "Chez Henri" has burned down!
    Frasier: Burned down?!
    Niles: Yes! Apparently, Henri was caramelizing a huge crème brûlée in the shape of Puget Sound, when a sugar spark ignited a thirty-foot paper maché "Space Needle." They're already calling it the worst centerpiece disaster in the history of Seattle.
    Frasier: Henri built his reputation with that caramelizing torch. My God, the irony of him burning down his own restaurant with it. It's worthy of "Oh! Henry."
    Niles: "Oh! Henri." [laughs]

"Campagne" is Countryside, "Quelque chose" means Something, "Au pied de cochon" means At The Pig's Foot, "Le café du paradis" means Heaven's Café, "Le petit oiseau" means The Little Bird, "Les habitants" is The Inhabitants, "Coeur de singe" means Monkey Heart.

    • @CzechMirco
      @CzechMirco 10 месяцев назад

      The adult woman is a P.E. teacher whom Frasier was dating at that time. One day he dropped by at the gym she had class in and witnessed her to be quite stern with one not very athletic and slightly fat girl. This triggered flashbacks in his mind of this own unhappy P.E. classes from his schooltime and ever since whenever he was with this P.E. teacher, instead of her he saw his burly, middle aged, hairy, cigar smoking P.E. teacher which was especially hillarious during romantic and intimate scenes. After a while she noticed his discomfort and so he explained it to her, mentioning how un-athletic he was during his childhood. She in return explained to him that kids need a bit of sternness otherwise they'll never push their limits.
      This confession helped Frasier and he no longer saw her as his burly male P.E. teacher, but unfortunately it had the opposite effect on her: from that moment she saw him as this slightly fat "wimpy" girl from her class. Which is what this scene depicts.
