Some of his stunts were quite impressive, I suspect he had some training from stuntmen to carry them out. Never seen a main character have so many hilarious mishaps. Although Will Smith was actually hit a few times in the filming of Fresh Prince.
I appreciate the person "ParaFrasier"who took the time to categorize "Frasier" Seattle series , it's been great fun listening to all the intellectual humor , I love every minute and want to thank you for your time and effort !❣️
I’m surprised there was never a moment after Niles and Daphne got together that Frasier stopped Niles from doing something and then said “Oh. Sorry. Force of habit.” or something.😂
So many wonderful moments, amongst my favourites were Niles sitting Daphne down at his house for dinner and leaning forward to smell her hair and the time she taught him to dance and Niles, carried away by the moment tells her how he truly feels. She responds in kind and then when they sit at their table, out of earshot of everyone she laughs and says that they certainly fooled them all. If you listen carefully, you can hear Niles’s heart break.
My favorite Niles episode of all is probably the one where he fills in on the radio when Frazier is sick. He turned out to be SO good and so energetic with his radio listeners. Great episode.
I love how Kelsey would stand aside to allow the atmosphere between these to flourish. When he directed 'Moondance', he remained behind the camera rather than take away from the magic that happened on screen. I reckon he knew he was on a winner with David and Jane. Screen magic!!
My most favourite programme to have come out of the USA. I'm English and I can't emphasise enough how many of us rolled into work on a Monday morning, discussing that previous Friday night's episode aired in the UK. The will they won't they get together regarding Niles and Daphne was very tangible. How were we deflated if a spanner was thrown in the Crane/Moon Cupid works. The cast was brilliant and the supporting cast of characters like Lilith (Bebe Neuwirth), Frasier's 2nd wife, Bulldog and Gil Chesterton (is he, isn't he?) added to the richness of this woven tapestry. I loved the episodes with Frasier's 1st wife, Nanny ? Watched the whole series from start to finish (the final episode still makes me cry). Superb!
Without a doubt, this is my all time favourite show. My 29 year old loves it very much as well. This compilation had me laughing quite a few times! Thank you for uploading
Excellent compilation! 👏👏👏 Niles drooling over Daphne never gets old! They will forever be my favorite tv couple! Love the double entendre and mixed messages between them, although Daphne seems unaware of them. Love how Niles jumps in every time, making sure he gets to soak in each minute of his secret obsession. After watching this, I realized how Daphne is so open about her past sexual adventures and does not mind sharing her stories too.
I do not believe Niles’ subtle, suggestive remarks about his feeling over the years went unnoticed by Daphne, she had been waiting, patiently and respectfully for him to make the first move, only when he was ready and in a place in his life when he could make that choice, given he was married. It’s all about consent. Daphne does not have a oblivious bone in her body given her life experience.
@@excrono Daphne is very smart and quite intuitive. However, her reaction to overhearing Frasier accidentally reveal Niles' romantic feelings for her and everything she does thereafter says the opposite. Remember her conflicting emotions right before getting engaged to Donny and seeing her psychic visions? She was such a confused individual when it came to love and especially when it came to Niles. Daphne is quite a contradicting character in many levels. She's bold in her words and actions except when it came to love. Thankfully, inspite of all that, it all ended well for both her and Niles. 😊
@@magnificalux You raise a fantastic point; people can be bold an assertive in every area of their life except romantic relationships. For some it is very easily to lose their objectivity and boundaries inside of that blind spot. I reflect on all of the terrible decisions in my own relationship where I think back and wonder what the heck I was thinking or doing after a breakup. I can’t underestimate how terrible they were and how much they put me in harms way, people saw the blinders were on and took advantage of me. Such as: Saying yes to still going on a planned week vacation with a girlfriend only minutes after she ended it (I bought the plane tickets) a trip where I stayed with an aunt and uncle and exposed them to my ex. A plot worthy of an “Always Sunny in Philadelphia” episode. Having been there, I can’t help but put myself in her shoes.
She noticed, she shares those stories only when Niles is in the room, she only asks him for “inappropriate things “ like the foot rub at one of Fraisers award ceremonies
@@hannahruth365 Hmm... I don't know. Daphne is quite confusing. She's a walking contradiction. Saying one thing, yet acting another. She's quite consistent in everything until it comes to love, romance and men. She's not so straight forward in that area. Also, given her past openness with the men she's dated and openly telling Frasier, Marty, Niles, and Roz about her sexual conquests and sexual adventures. I'm not completely sure if she simply likes the male attention and being seen as a sexually adventurous person. I'm not 100% sold that she knew that Niles had romantic feelings for her. I've always thought Daphne was a bit oblivious to it - simply seeing Niles as a overly kind, understanding and generous man. So strange how Roz and Daphne are seen so differently by Frasier and Niles, given that Daphne was also openly talking about her sexual conquests and adventures. Yes, she was slightly more private about it than Roz, but still, she didn't act like a nun in front of them.
The scene at Nervosa where he just keeps catching himself in double-entendres really shows that, as much as Kelsey draws from Jack Benny, DHP does the same with Bob Newhart.
That's it! That's who it is! I couldn't place it until you typed it here... Newhart! That's exactly who I was thinking but couldn't quite recall. Thanks a bunch.
These will never get old. So funny (and at times Niles and Daphne were the heart of the show for me, because whenever they did share some serious honest moments, they hit that much harder after all the jokes flying between them and around them)
"I'm starting to think I should spend an hour or two on the couch with you." "With Niles, it'll only last 2 minutes!" The writers were in top form with that one 😂🤣😆
I like how by Season 6, Frasier starts giving up on being such a disapproving chaperone, and after Niles and Daphne are married, it's more about getting Niles to pay attention to a conversation. More than anything, Niles and Daphne was just a great comic bit.
Niles and Daphne were my favorite characters!!! Their 'relationship' was beautiful... Full of laughs! 😂 So happy they FINALLY ended up together. Sad to not see them in the reboot together. :(

Niles sniffing Daphne's hair was something David did in a scene and it was noticed by director James Brooks who wrote it in and it became part of Niles character.
Niles and Daphne are my favorites, such witty banter, great writing & DHP is the master of physical comedy. So sad to hear no DHP in Frazier Revival, what are they going to do, say he died? Obviously Niles wouldn’t divorce her.
Probably, or reduce Daphne's part. I'm not super interested in the revival. No Martin, no Niles. What's it going to be about, Frasier in his 60s still alone? I don't need more depressing media lol
The reboot is going to have a different cast from the original, except for Frasier. Perhaps a guest appearance every now and then from an original cast member.
People often site getting Niles and Daphne together killed the show, but really, where were they to go? If they kept the infatuation going on, it would just have made Niles seem creepy and pathetic, and Daphne a little stupid that she was the only one who couldn't see it. Yes, that tension was gone, but their relationship was allowed to grow, and Niles in particular to develop as a character. With Daphne, Niles became more confident and open. And I always thought there was a parallel between Niles & Daphne, and Martin & Hester Crane. Hester was upper class, sophisticated and cultured, Martin was down to earth, working class and drunk beer with the boys. But when they got together, they were a passionate couple, deeply in love. Then look at Niles and Daphne. They were meant to be.
it’s so funny how they say when they hooked it’s what killed the show. well….it was 7 seasons already. most sitcoms last 5 seasons not 7 or in this case…11

When the Crane men came in and Daphne was in towel. And she was trying to put on her robe. Alright turn your heads. And Niles kept looking. So Frasier had to make Nikes turn around.
For me, Niles is the top star of the show. David's delivery in both verbal and physical acting is brilliant! Great upload 👌
