Cool! I have some questions...if you don't mind:
1. can skydivers do fun jumps or is this DZ exclusively caters to whuffos to do tandem jumps
2. how much is the ride to altitude (10,000' AGL)
3. what's the climb rate of that jump plane (looks like a C-182)
4. is the beach landing as shown on this video SOP or was this an exception and regular landing site is at the DZ / airport
5. is a flotation device required since the DZ is very close to the waters?
