Praying for you and those in the audience struggling with some measure of depression, self harm, or worse in their life. I've been there. I've hurt myself, told myself I was worthless, and wanted to give up. I repeated the old "it gets better" cliche many times to others to try to help them, despite me not actually believing it, until finally it actually _did_ get better for me. There's still progress to be made, but my future was dark, and now it is bright. Had I given in during those years of suffering I would have missed out on the joy I have now. So when I say "it gets better" I truly know it to be so. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
I'm fine. Don't worry about me. This message was for others. It does. It always does get better. As cleche as it has come to sound that's only because it's true. True as if you jump gravity pulls you back down.
Thank you for the ending message, it doesn't matter how corny or samey it may feel to others, but I feel it's something at least everyone needs to hear at some point or another. I'm not suicidal, though I knew a few family members who were at one point but thankfully had the help they needed, but still our mental health is important and I'm glad we're acknowledging it more and more than before. I'm sorry for your loss, and only hope for you and many others who aren't fortunate enough to have their family here or even still be with them, only the best and that they find peace. The ending was very unexpected but very appreciated as I have struggled with those thoughts and funnily enough what helped save was your discord server. Being able to talk to people with similar interests made me realise that I am part of a community. (Sorry for this comment being so poorly worded)

I remember I was an awful person so those two things kept feeding each other until all my friends left me and told everyone they knew how much I sucked. After that, the past year and a half, I’ve been going on self help journey. I’m much better now but I know what it’s like to feel as if you have nothing left. Man the ending really took me off guard. Cause last Saturday an MMA fighter that i follow, Paddy Pimblet gave a heart warming speech after his victory, about seeking help as well cause his friend has gone. Especially to man cause we have a stigma of always being tough and we have to carry all the burdens on our own. Its easy to "fake a smile". I do it a lot. But every day I wake up its a win. Who cares if I'm a 42 year old man-child that rolls around on the floor and plays Transformers with my son. It's amazing how plastic robots can strengthen bonds between father and son. I've created a monster though. If I can't buy two then I don't even bother getting one because he will just take it from me and tell me it looks better in his collection. It cracks me up. Keep up the good work bubba. @@PerspectiveEnd he's 5 and I've had Transformers in his hand since he was old enough to hold them. He has hundreds of them. If he don't like them I just get stuck with 2. I think I've ruined him though, when we go to Wal-Mart or Target we go straight to the Transformers and if they don't anything new he walks away from the entire toy area and wants to immediately leave. He won't even look at other toys. I've tried many times getting him other toys but he won't accept them. He's the only 5 year old with 16 shelves full of Transformers on his bedroom walls. He has waay more than me! If I manage to sneak one home for myself I'll try to hide it beside another bot or really high so he can't see it but he grabs a ladder and just flat out robs me! He tells me it would look better in his collection so he's just gonna take it!! He is getting at a point where he wants one in bot mode and one in alt mode and I'm just a painter I can't buy 3 of everything. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I created a monster!! My shopping carts on Amazon and B.B.T.S. stay full. He told today Motormaster was coming and I laughed. I checked my email and BBTS was sending them out. At least he has a little mercy on me, he never asks for Masterpiece! ✌

Speaking as someone who doesn't even like Ironhide as a character, I don't care if he was created second, Kup feels like everything 'Hide was amplified to the peak of crotchety old manitude, I dig this mold. Face sculpt looks like a gaunt, half dead smoker and I couldn't be happier. Makes me wish they'd repaint him into an OC. Message at the end was surprising. the ending message gave me anxious feelings. im not having "thoughts" now, but when i did, things like "it will hurt those you leave behind" would only make things worse, because there isnt actually any one close to me that would be affected if i was gone, which was a big part of the problem, and only urged me more to wrap things up. i stand alive today still just by my own stubbornness. i do understand that im a pretty rare case, and your intentions are all good, but i thought it was worth mentioning, just so you know its a possibility.
Let me tell you something. The person who I lost was my Eldest Brother. He killed him self after burning every bridge. He once Graphically threatened to murder me because I didn't find a joke he made funny. So when he killed him self, I thought I was glad for a good while. Now I wake up crying, knowing he's gone, after having dreams where he's still alive, but I know they aren't true. I've had enough of them at this point when it happens I realize the dream isn't real. There's not a lot I wouldn't give to bring him back. Even the people you can't fathom missing you, will miss you.

Actually I don't use that, I use Kiki's joint tightener found on ebay. And kikis works for that, You just drop it on the crack where the joint is and then you work the joint, till it sucks it all in.

I mean BB Soundwave only came out here like 5 months ago or so, I think at least, so you aren't too horribly behind. And don't worry it's not like you are missing out on TOO much.
When I first messed with the Ratchet, I had that weird problem with the transformation as well. The thing is that the shoulders need to tab into a certain set of slots in the hips. The shoulders have to be completely parallel to the ground, and there are specific slots that allow that to happen.
When going to transform this mould, i fold out the shoulder connecting panels first, the flip them around 180 before transforming the leg-waist 180 part. It gets the shoulders ready to tab in before the legs get ready first. Also I make sure to have the shoulders tilted at a slight angle down to help make the connection a little easier. Also also, make sure the shoulder pieces are always aligned with the panels they are attached to and make sure you have the feet as collapsed into the legs while still being as flush on the waist piece as possible. Then, tab in the arms to the feet, then the blue clear chest piece to the front of the alt mode, and the you can snap the back panels into place. And the just do it backwards when transforming it back into robot mode.
1- I sort of dismissed the figure at first, but you were right. He weirdly looks super different then ratchet, so I might pick him up. 2- I actually really appreciate the message at the end even though I’m non-suicidal, because I know a lot of people are and the problem does start at my age. I think it’s really important that people hear things like that.
I have a few things to say, A. Highly appreciate that message, I know for sure that is a problem a lot of people face so that was kind of you to do, and B. someone probably already told you this but you have to tab the arms into the feet for the vehicle mode to sit flush so you have to align the legs properly, I'd recommend starting with tabbing the shoulders into the legs first to hopefully hold them in place, then aligning the arms and feet to peg together.
This is completely unrelated to the video, but I just discovered that Studio Series Bumblebee Soundwave sorta has light piping. It's painted over so it doesn't look dead half of the time, but still kinda glows with a light in it. Or they just painted over it and the piece on the back last minute and the light just shines through a bit on accident. Whoops
I still prefer the Ratchet. Ratchet's face fits him so much better, and the samurai inspired helmet is the entire reason I love Ratchet. Ratchet has enough red colors. I don't want to get more red with a worse head and more loose joints. This Ironhide's face doesn't fit his character. He doesn't look rough enough. It's too soft. Too gentlemanly to be Ironhide's face. Legacy Cosmos looks more and more amazing the more I look at reviews. Posing is very average though. His arm goes more than 90° to the side, elbows and knees bend 90°, no wrist swivel, but he's got ankle tilts, and from what I've seen he's gonna be as balanced as space Bumblebee. I feel you Perspective, I feel you about the suicide stuff. It's gonna be real hard when we lose family member cause they want to leave this world quick. My family is a lot less depressed and I've never seen this personally (or maybe it's Asian parents being so out of touch like they usually are, but from what I've seen, Indonesia is a utopia compared to any part of the US in terms of people), but still, that would hit real hard with any sane person. I hope all of these kinds of extremely distressed people get help and save their families from sorrow and grief and stuff in the process. Thanks for reminding us of this. We are always here for you, Perspective.
Yeah I think the Ratchet is better. Though how is the face Too Gentlemanly? I almost think he's getting such glowing reviews to drive up the Scalper Market. Not saying he's not good, I'm just suspicious. Huh. Are there any Horse Transformers? What do you mean it's a Utopia in terms of people? People here are for the most part nice an decent. It's not always about relationships. Some people just have horrible cases of Chemical Depression where their brain just isn't working right.

So we may never meet or even know of each other's existence yet you and all that makes you a person is valued by me. Whosoever may read this, you need not to know or see the connection between us all, but trust me when I tell you I can't be the person I am without your life being present. Different as we may be we are all parts of a whole. A choice is for those who lack confidence in themselves. Hold your head high and explore the options only you know you have and do so with pride. It's about the information that we can quantify and use to aid in a prosperous and logical path. Every bad and good thing that happened in our past had to happen the way it did for us to be the people we are at this moment. Regardless this is my claim as to why I would care for a stranger in need and value their strife. Strength in numbers, figuratively or not. Honestly ironhide is such a hard character to get ahold of now a days this might just be the only ironhide people can get that wasn't scalped to hell or wasn't a hard to get exclusive

He's not the last Bumblebee figure we need, but we're pretty close: They can make a bunch of repaints of him for the generic autobots that appear in that scene. Voyager sized Shockwave Skywarp and more repaints of seekers and Cybertronian Optimus, Shatter, Dropkick and Blitzwing
I mean they may or may not do that, that's why I'm questioning if this is the way the line ends. I'm not counting the seekers, because they can do a hundred of them based on that opening scene.

Ugh...so the ones to GET are VW Beetle Bee, BBAT (Big Bad Ass Truck) Optimus Prime, Car Dropkick, Off-road Bumblebee (the jeep), Jet Shatter, Cliffjumper, the Blitzwing mold (including Starscream & Thundercracker), "B127" (original or Buzzworthy Bumblebee unmasked retool), Brawn, Wheeljack, & Arcee...whilst avoiding Ironhide, Ratchet, Wheeljack, & Soundwave. (I already got Shockwave & Ravage, though - Ravage will serve as my "jumping outta the chest" critter for my Siege/35th Anniversary Soundblaster for now...)

My Arcee had similar QC to the one you described in the video, minus the arm thing. Otherwise I’ve really enjoyed messing around with it and it’s become one of if not my favorite figure in the Bumblebee subline. As for Ironhide, I would have liked the Ratchet mold more if it had better QC. Mine is so damn floppy, it can pose fine but I pick it up and it feels like a rag doll. Shame tho, the transformation is intuitive and the sculpt is pretty well designed, I especially love the paintwork on both. Idk if I want to take the risk on getting a figure with worse QC if they really haven’t improved anything. Great idea to end the video that way. I myself went through depression a while back and I’m doing well these days that sort of thing would have been helpful to hear from someone like you back then. Hopefully it’ll help out others who hear it now.

I want to know your opinion on the 4 pack of the goldbug skywasp and recolor of kickback and scorponok. I have the normal versions of the predicons i dont have any cliffjumper variants. The only one I really want in the set is the kickback remold maybe the skywasp but that's it. Is the set worth the price of like $75 and if so should I get it.
I went to my local store today and found a legacy Metroplex I went a bought it without a day or two of thinking about it and I just wanted a titan figure i dont have any. I am having both buyers remores and the other one that make you find ways that it was a good choice at the same time. Was it a good decision or am I just dumb for doing it.
I also had the same feeling about Ironhide in the BB movie he was there for 3 seconds and that was it, I'm glad we got the figure but In my heart i felt that it was unnecessary. What are your thoughts on Ironhide's character G1 specifically and what are your thoughts on his character in the Bayverse. Lastly it was really a good thing you did at the end I liked the way how you handled it and gave motivation to those who probably need it even if they've heard it already. Because it's hard to hear that people deleteing themselves in a stressful time is just hard to hear. I know people have to learn to help themselves if they want/need help but I just wish I just wished it was easy for people to remember that their not the only ones and they have to go through that and they have to know all the good thing they have/had/will have in the future that they may never know about. Honestly if someone came to me like that I would just listen and give them my opinion on what they can do. I'm obviously not a therapist but I just feel like that people that think about that stuff they should just talk to people even random people that are willing to give their time and give them advice. I really like G1 Ironhide, broke my heart to see him die in the Original Movie. Movie Ironhide isn't Ironhide. Doesn't look like Ironhide, doesn't sound like Ironhide, doesn't act like Ironhide. Not Ironhide. It's not so easy as just helping your self, which is why this needs to be told people, nothing wrong with asking for help. We are all weak at times.
I do quite like this mould, I prefer ratchet in the looks department, but the yellowing is a big issue with the ratchet, which will hopefully be a non-issue with this figure. Also, Hasbro's QC is a bit iffy at the moment, my wheeljack has both joints scarily tight and frustratingly loose, and my soundwave is even worse, luckily I feel no desire to transform it
Recently picked up toy color terrorsaur. He’s fine, he’s a little floppy but he’s still ok. I like to think the pterodactyl beak was him getting into some pasta sauce so now it’s red.
I don’t really see any dump on either of the characters. Also the head is also a little different besides mohawk. From what I can see, the eyes are wider open. I also had the loose legs but I was expecting it so I immediately did some fixes to tighten them up, but besides that everything else on my copy of Ironhide is actually tighter then on Ratchet. I also find Ironhide more visually appealing since he has better paint. I really think the only reason that people consider Ratchet more eye catching is because he’s mostly white and white’s a brighter color than red so it catches your attention easier.
Well I think what it is is that Ratchet tends to have more contrast, Ironhide is various shades of Red. while Ratchet is Red White and black, which all stand starkly against each other.
What’s your opinion on the Studio Series 86 version Being a voyager the size of a deluxe, that’s smaller than the Siege version And he doesn’t even come with a bunch of accessories to justify the price like with Hot Rod
With BBRC in hand myself, I pretty much have to agree - she's an okay figure all around, but we've got a far better Arcee at the same moment in S86 and from my own experience as well as the reports I've seen in various online locations it has far better QC as well. (My BBRC can barely stand due to lose hips, while the elbows barely bend...) I mention recoloring her as Lickety Split basically every chance I get in hopes of someone with a voice at HasTak noticing, but I honestly do think making her into a character with no previous toys would be an improvement over being a mediocre Arcee, and al it would take in terms of mold changes is a new head and maybe a port on each arm to attach the guns facing backwards. Of course, that assumes the QC also gets some attention... I don't have much to say about BB Ironhide; I took one look at them in the movie and said "Do not want," let alone the toys. They're just fugly and fall into an uncanny valley of not looking like their original designs but also not being their own thing that even BBRC dodges with her lightcycle-ish alt mode. +1 internet affection for you and anyone else suffering under the mental strain of just dealing with this decade, as well.

@@PerspectiveEnd Just my opinion, of course, your mileage may vary. I'm the only person I've seen suggesting a Lickety remold, yeah, though reception has usually been positive. I only skipped buying a second to customize because my budget has gotten tighter while actually cool releases this year and next and last year too are way up, plus I have like four custom projects waiting around already. Still might anyway if I see her on a decent discount; she can even trivially switch between feet and wheels for those roller skating waitress style points since I pretty much pop her (like half my DXs in general) on a display stand anyway for stability.

I wouldn't say the end of the Bumblebee line, we still need a Cybertron Dropkick and Shatter, the rest of the seekers, a full sized Shockwave, and there might potentially be some autobot drones using the Ratchet/Ironhide mold but I get what you mean :)
Have you gotten 86 Sludge yet? I just got mine and, as with Grimlock and Slag, I LOVE him. He's definitely not as tall as I'd hoped for him to be in dinomode, but I'm still satisfied. He's definitely the lesser of the three in my opinion, but that's not to say he's bad at all.
If You Need a Skywarp, Don't Have a Version of The Mold Yet, Wait for It To happen, I Got Thust To Customize into Skywarp And I Have To Say, The Mold Is Not Good Enough to buy More than Once, But If You want The mold Then Get A Version Of it

I've been there. I've hurt myself, told myself I was worthless, and wanted to give up. I repeated the old "it gets better" cliche many times to others to try to help them, despite me not actually believing it, until finally it actually _did_ get better for me. There's still progress to be made, but my future was dark, and now it is bright. Had I given in during those years of suffering I would have missed out on the joy I have now.
So when I say "it gets better" I truly know it to be so. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

It does. It always does get better. As cleche as it has come to sound that's only because it's true. True as if you jump gravity pulls you back down.
Thank you for the ending message, it doesn't matter how corny or samey it may feel to others, but I feel it's something at least everyone needs to hear at some point or another. I'm not suicidal, though I knew a few family members who were at one point but thankfully had the help they needed, but still our mental health is important and I'm glad we're acknowledging it more and more than before. I'm sorry for your loss, and only hope for you and many others who aren't fortunate enough to have their family here or even still be with them, only the best and that they find peace. @@PerspectiveEnd he's 5 and I've had Transformers in his hand since he was old enough to hold them. He has hundreds of them. If he don't like them I just get stuck with 2. I think I've ruined him though, when we go to Wal-Mart or Target we go straight to the Transformers and if they don't anything new he walks away from the entire toy area and wants to immediately leave. He won't even look at other toys. I've tried many times getting him other toys but he won't accept them. He's the only 5 year old with 16 shelves full of Transformers on his bedroom walls. He has waay more than me! If I manage to sneak one home for myself I'll try to hide it beside another bot or really high so he can't see it but he grabs a ladder and just flat out robs me! He tells me it would look better in his collection so he's just gonna take it!! He is getting at a point where he wants one in bot mode and one in alt mode and I'm just a painter I can't buy 3 of everything. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I created a monster!! My shopping carts on Amazon and B.B.T.S. stay full. He told today Motormaster was coming and I laughed. I checked my email and BBTS was sending them out. At least he has a little mercy on me, he never asks for Masterpiece! ✌

the ending message gave me anxious feelings. im not having "thoughts" now, but when i did, things like "it will hurt those you leave behind" would only make things worse, because there isnt actually any one close to me that would be affected if i was gone, which was a big part of the problem, and only urged me more to wrap things up. i stand alive today still just by my own stubbornness. i do understand that im a pretty rare case, and your intentions are all good, but i thought it was worth mentioning, just so you know its a possibility.
Let me tell you something.
The person who I lost was my Eldest Brother. He killed him self after burning every bridge. He once Graphically threatened to murder me because I didn't find a joke he made funny.
So when he killed him self, I thought I was glad for a good while.
Now I wake up crying, knowing he's gone, after having dreams where he's still alive, but I know they aren't true. I've had enough of them at this point when it happens I realize the dream isn't real.
There's not a lot I wouldn't give to bring him back.

Actually I don't use that, I use Kiki's joint tightener found on ebay.
And kikis works for that, You just drop it on the crack where the joint is and then you work the joint, till it sucks it all in.

When I first messed with the Ratchet, I had that weird problem with the transformation as well. The thing is that the shoulders need to tab into a certain set of slots in the hips. The shoulders have to be completely parallel to the ground, and there are specific slots that allow that to happen.
I was noticing the shoulders didn't want to line up, both were at a different angle.
When going to transform this mould, i fold out the shoulder connecting panels first, the flip them around 180 before transforming the leg-waist 180 part. It gets the shoulders ready to tab in before the legs get ready first. Also I make sure to have the shoulders tilted at a slight angle down to help make the connection a little easier. Also also, make sure the shoulder pieces are always aligned with the panels they are attached to and make sure you have the feet as collapsed into the legs while still being as flush on the waist piece as possible. Then, tab in the arms to the feet, then the blue clear chest piece to the front of the alt mode, and the you can snap the back panels into place. And the just do it backwards when transforming it back into robot mode.
I'll give that a try, see if it makes the lower arms tab in more uniformly more often.

I have a few things to say, A. Highly appreciate that message, I know for sure that is a problem a lot of people face so that was kind of you to do, and B. someone probably already told you this but you have to tab the arms into the feet for the vehicle mode to sit flush so you have to align the legs properly, I'd recommend starting with tabbing the shoulders into the legs first to hopefully hold them in place, then aligning the arms and feet to peg together.
I mean I try to align the legs properly, and I think I do constantly.
As soon as you transformed it my brain was screaming “Inferno’s cybertronian mode.” The alt-mode looks like a cute cybertronian fire truck!

Strange. Some really good figures in there, but also some real clunkers, and extremely inconsistent QC.
This is completely unrelated to the video, but I just discovered that Studio Series Bumblebee Soundwave sorta has light piping.
It's painted over so it doesn't look dead half of the time, but still kinda glows with a light in it.
Or they just painted over it and the piece on the back last minute and the light just shines through a bit on accident.

Yeah that's what people have been telling me is up with the Bald Spot on the back of his head. That's so weird.
I still prefer the Ratchet. Ratchet's face fits him so much better, and the samurai inspired helmet is the entire reason I love Ratchet. Ratchet has enough red colors. I don't want to get more red with a worse head and more loose joints.
This Ironhide's face doesn't fit his character. He doesn't look rough enough. It's too soft. Too gentlemanly to be Ironhide's face.
Legacy Cosmos looks more and more amazing the more I look at reviews. Posing is very average though. His arm goes more than 90° to the side, elbows and knees bend 90°, no wrist swivel, but he's got ankle tilts, and from what I've seen he's gonna be as balanced as space Bumblebee.
I feel you Perspective, I feel you about the suicide stuff. It's gonna be real hard when we lose family member cause they want to leave this world quick. My family is a lot less depressed and I've never seen this personally (or maybe it's Asian parents being so out of touch like they usually are, but from what I've seen, Indonesia is a utopia compared to any part of the US in terms of people), but still, that would hit real hard with any sane person. I hope all of these kinds of extremely distressed people get help and save their families from sorrow and grief and stuff in the process.

My Arcee had similar QC to the one you described in the video, minus the arm thing. Otherwise I’ve really enjoyed messing around with it and it’s become one of if not my favorite figure in the Bumblebee subline.
As for Ironhide, I would have liked the Ratchet mold more if it had better QC. Mine is so damn floppy, it can pose fine but I pick it up and it feels like a rag doll. Shame tho, the transformation is intuitive and the sculpt is pretty well designed, I especially love the paintwork on both. Idk if I want to take the risk on getting a figure with worse QC if they really haven’t improved anything.
Great idea to end the video that way. I myself went through depression a while back and I’m doing well these days that sort of thing would have been helpful to hear from someone like you back then. Hopefully it’ll help out others who hear it now.

I want to know your opinion on the 4 pack of the goldbug skywasp and recolor of kickback and scorponok. I have the normal versions of the predicons i dont have any cliffjumper variants. The only one I really want in the set is the kickback remold maybe the skywasp but that's it. Is the set worth the price of like $75 and if so should I get it.
I mean if I could find that, I'd do a review on it.
I went to my local store today and found a legacy Metroplex I went a bought it without a day or two of thinking about it and I just wanted a titan figure i dont have any. I am having both buyers remores and the other one that make you find ways that it was a good choice at the same time. Was it a good decision or am I just dumb for doing it.
I also had the same feeling about Ironhide in the BB movie he was there for 3 seconds and that was it, I'm glad we got the figure but In my heart i felt that it was unnecessary.
What are your thoughts on Ironhide's character G1 specifically and what are your thoughts on his character in the Bayverse.
Lastly it was really a good thing you did at the end I liked the way how you handled it and gave motivation to those who probably need it even if they've heard it already. Because it's hard to hear that people deleteing themselves in a stressful time is just hard to hear. I know people have to learn to help themselves if they want/need help but I just wish I just wished it was easy for people to remember that their not the only ones and they have to go through that and they have to know all the good thing they have/had/will have in the future that they may never know about. Honestly if someone came to me like that I would just listen and give them my opinion on what they can do. I'm obviously not a therapist but I just feel like that people that think about that stuff they should just talk to people even random people that are willing to give their time and give them advice. I've never been through situations like that but if I were to ever hopefully I can remember to remain positive things I can do with my life

I do quite like this mould, I prefer ratchet in the looks department, but the yellowing is a big issue with the ratchet, which will hopefully be a non-issue with this figure. Also, Hasbro's QC is a bit iffy at the moment, my wheeljack has both joints scarily tight and frustratingly loose, and my soundwave is even worse, luckily I feel no desire to transform it
Interesting. I don't have any yellowing with my Ratchet. I even featured it in this video, and that's on my shelf in the light all the time.
That's interesting, I've seen some reports online and mines had it, the yellowing might be an isolated issue maybe

I believe Ironhide and Ratchet have the same face, but Ironhides slightly darker tint of metal picks out the details a bit more
Actually Ironhide seems to have larger eyes.
The joints on iron hide were like that on my ratchet but mine could at least hold a pose
Yeah, my Ratchet holds fine, it's just Ironhide that's a nightmare.

Recently picked up toy color terrorsaur. He’s fine, he’s a little floppy but he’s still ok. I like to think the pterodactyl beak was him getting into some pasta sauce so now it’s red.
I have not seen that in stores yet. Sucks to hear his QC aint good either, and yeah the beak is weird all red like that.
I don’t really see any dump on either of the characters. Also the head is also a little different besides mohawk. From what I can see, the eyes are wider open. I also had the loose legs but I was expecting it so I immediately did some fixes to tighten them up, but besides that everything else on my copy of Ironhide is actually tighter then on Ratchet. I also find Ironhide more visually appealing since he has better paint. I really think the only reason that people consider Ratchet more eye catching is because he’s mostly white and white’s a brighter color than red so it catches your attention easier.
Well I think what it is is that Ratchet tends to have more contrast, Ironhide is various shades of Red. while Ratchet is Red White and black, which all stand starkly against each other.

What’s your opinion on the Studio Series 86 version
Being a voyager the size of a deluxe, that’s smaller than the Siege version
And he doesn’t even come with a bunch of accessories to justify the price like with Hot Rod
It's definitely over priced for sure, but I will give you my full thoughts when I do a video on reveals.
With BBRC in hand myself, I pretty much have to agree - she's an okay figure all around, but we've got a far better Arcee at the same moment in S86 and from my own experience as well as the reports I've seen in various online locations it has far better QC as well. (My BBRC can barely stand due to lose hips, while the elbows barely bend...)
I mention recoloring her as Lickety Split basically every chance I get in hopes of someone with a voice at HasTak noticing, but I honestly do think making her into a character with no previous toys would be an improvement over being a mediocre Arcee, and al it would take in terms of mold changes is a new head and maybe a port on each arm to attach the guns facing backwards. Of course, that assumes the QC also gets some attention...
I don't have much to say about BB Ironhide; I took one look at them in the movie and said "Do not want," let alone the toys. They're just fugly and fall into an uncanny valley of not looking like their original designs but also not being their own thing that even BBRC dodges with her lightcycle-ish alt mode.

I'm the only person I've seen suggesting a Lickety remold, yeah, though reception has usually been positive. I only skipped buying a second to customize because my budget has gotten tighter while actually cool releases this year and next and last year too are way up, plus I have like four custom projects waiting around already. Still might anyway if I see her on a decent discount; she can even trivially switch between feet and wheels for those roller skating waitress style points since I pretty much pop her (like half my DXs in general) on a display stand anyway for stability.

I wouldn't say the end of the Bumblebee line, we still need a Cybertron Dropkick and Shatter, the rest of the seekers, a full sized Shockwave, and there might potentially be some autobot drones using the Ratchet/Ironhide mold but I get what you mean :)

I never Have Any Issue Transforming Ratchet Except for Untabbing The Window Going into Robot Mode
I mean the process is fine, it's just those arms sticking off the bottom more or less making it so it cant roll.

Have you gotten 86 Sludge yet? I just got mine and, as with Grimlock and Slag, I LOVE him. He's definitely not as tall as I'd hoped for him to be in dinomode, but I'm still satisfied. He's definitely the lesser of the three in my opinion, but that's not to say he's bad at all.
While I have paid for one, I don't have it yet.
I'm super excited, I want it so bad already.
I'm hoping to like him more than the Slag.
I think all we need now is Skywarp (for obvious reasons) and possibly a full sized Shockwave
If You Need a Skywarp, Don't Have a Version of The Mold Yet, Wait for It To happen, I Got Thust To Customize into Skywarp And I Have To Say, The Mold Is Not Good Enough to buy More than Once, But If You want The mold Then Get A Version Of it
