Stunning homes there Coops! I must say I really liked the way you filmed the first house, with Darlen doing the filming and you and Shon doing a walk round and having a discussion about the features. It really gave the video a more polished and professional feel about it. Just my personal perspective mind you and absolutely nothing against your own filming style there.
I've got a query for when you do future videos like these ... Is there any chance that when you or Shon (or whichever other realtor you might be working with) are covering the purchase costs could you also cover what the (rough) rental would be for those who may want to consider buying one of these to rent out afterwards? They're amazingly cheap for what you're getting .. in fact that second home is worth the same as the house I own here in the UK which is only 2.5 bed with what feels like 0.5 of a bathroom lol But it's the price I pay for living in a 1930s suburb house just outside of London!
Im guesssing that all those waredrobes are at an extra cost?

I still cannot get my head around why people would buy a house in Thailand, when they do not own the land! As a foreigner, you cannot own the freehold, only the leasehold. People argue that this is okay for 20 years or so, but what happens after then? Potentially you could lose the property or have to pay an extortionate fee to renew the lease. Also what happens after you die? Your children won’t inherit the land. You basically have no control. This is the same if you buy the property in a limited company. You are only a 49% director within that company, I’ve spoken to many different solicitors in regards to this and the bottom line is the foreigners cannot own land in Thailand - that’s a fact and you are taking a huge risk buying property as a foreigner in Thailand.
You can own the house and lease the land for up to 90 years. That would cover you and your kids and their kids too 👍❤️👍
