Hm. The location really looks good, but none of the condos really have caught me right away. The Penthouse seems "just big" but it does not even have a bathtub let alone a Whirltub. The asking price of 50M seems way to high, even taking into consideration that it is the Penthouse and it really has a good location. The first condo to me is not high enough and the last one even looked like there was some mold issue going on (on the other hand this had some whirltubs at least). So all in all this does not seem like your best offer to me (and I have seen a lot of your vids the last few months...) at least not at this asking prices. Still I like your way to present the condos (decent, calm, understandable, good english) - Like!
I agree with you. Whilst prices are going up, the asking prices at The Cove are exceptionally high for what they offer. It’s a lovely condo and the location is stunning, but you can definitely get more for your money in other areas But as always we like to show a bestie to of options as perhaps for some they feel the price tag is reasonable

the problem with rental options is that they sell out very fast. time we put them online, the units are normally rented out as it is high season now. for rental we can send you some options though depending on your budget and requirements
No there is no utility having such huge bedrooms! It's all about showing your guests how much money you have! That's pretty much the only reason I can think of.
there is a small utility unit on the small balcony next to the kitchen in regards to the oven placement, is it sensible, no, but that’s often the case when installing ovens in Asia as Asian families don’t really use ovens, it’s more of an western thing so it’s hard to find somewhere appropriate for them

After spending the past 6 months in screening condos in Pattaya & Jomtien area, I can confidently tell you that these 3 condos in Coves are at least 30% overpriced, this is in consideration of they are refurbished, partly furnished with low quality furniture & fittings. Please bring us some more reasonable priced properties of which you usually presented instead of these over priced condos. I'm a seasoned real estate & hospitality veteran, I know these products & price range very well and I'm not joking !
we aim to show a variety of condos on offer in Pattaya and Jomtien. Not every customer has the same requirements or tastes so we like to show a variety. As you will be aware as an expert, the final price is always negotiable. We have a number of very cheap condos coming up as well to cater for all tastes
Well that is one of the reasons. The other is that main Thai people bought these a long time ago and now that a high rise is being built behind it with a high price tag, they suddenly believe their properties are worth even more
I can't believe how over priced these condo's are. These are refurbished & look just that! 1st two shown although large don't even have a bath tub (big mistake in my opinion) Anyone willing to part with £1+ million for the penthouse is not very shrewd financially. None of these properties are worth what they are asking for them & I certainly would not consider any of them a sound investment.
Could someone please explain to me why on Earth would you put a glass wall around a toilet??? 23:32 I've seen this a few times now in Thai properties! Clearly its not for privacy! So........WHY?? What on Earth is the point of doing that?? Just seems like a totally pointless thing to do!!
These are honestly ridiculous prices. We want to see condominiums that have value for money! Not ridiculous overpriced units. This is Pattaya not London!
