I really like that big grain elevator. Ive always been fascinated by them. When i was driving semi truck, I'd fixate my vision on them, sometimes for miles and miles, many are small, but some are huge. Often there is always an active switcher or train. I used to go to those places. I loved looking at the older covered hopper build dates, and ghost lettering.
Only one citation in an otherwise superb looking and functioning MRR !! It's only about ( and maybe it's still being worked on, anyway ) the painted mountains' heavy brown color. I think a better effect would be a change them to light hazy purple, and closer ones darker purple/brown, with perhaps a bit of dark and light green hither and dither for them as this is how distant ones tend to look in real. I realize this is my idea and is not thus carved in [hee hee] stone.. Again, zero put down as ALL the rest is truly A1.. P.S. Love bay window cabooses, your diamond scene, and especially scene 6:53-7:14...All trackage (rails/ties/ballast/shrubs) are done to perfection....
Never fails. A nicely done layout, and yet everyone is too lazy to paint all of the annoying shiny wheels on the cars/locomotives. Good grief. I actually stop watching the video and close it out when I see that.

Yes, both the NS 2563 and 2564 are Athearn Genesis.
I don't think CNW GP switchers would have ended up that waaaaaaay far west especially if other railroad crews had to deal with them.
