4:32 "Aiyah" says it all... lololol. Anyways, brute force, perfect technique and perfect timing is what makes these top hitters get that maximum whiplash effect. You can see how Asian players smash more with the wrist flick and not as full-arm as the western players
Need raw power for that. Aaron can smash hard too but to be able to smash hard one after another with same power for a long time? To me V Shem better at that compared to Aaron or even TBH. TBH admit he can’t smash hard one after another for long time. He felt the power of his smash become lesser. For Izzuddin, it’s look like he can hit hard one after another but lack of consistency. So to me, V Shem still the top MD back court player in Malaysia.
Before him there's also malaysian big smasher Tan Boon Heong, he play with Setiawan for just a short time but its so good to see player from 2 different countries working together
Best backcourt player of Malaysia in my opinion 🙏
He is the most beauty jump smash in badminton so far. But for my opinion I choose Tan Boon Heong for the best Malaysian backcourt player.
agree. who doesn’t know goh v shem?
Both of them too good.
@@Miraie93tan lack consistency and fitness to perform continuous smash, so goh is definitely better
Agree 💯
I think Marcus and Chris hear the sound of GVS smash in their nightmares.
Miss his old performance so much😢
Lot of people miss him floating in the air like there is no gravity .
Sound of smash , flying in the air
😢😢😢😢😢
Honestly the greatest player to generate a jumping smash along with Fu Haifeng

he always check his racket after finish smashing because he worries that his racket string might not able to withstand his raw power
The perfect example to teach the beginners, you need to "pause" and then use your core muscle to generate swing speed as fast as you can and BAM!
Those jumps are marvellous 👌
fu haifeng and goh v shem tan boon heong is a player powerful smash and just the right timing
all of them is so good at their prime i grow up watching fu haifeng but goh v shem posture is like and art
드디어 기다리던...!
Goh v shem High voltage ⚡ smasher

Smash legend Goh v Shem ❤❤
4:10
No current Malaysian male double players can produce a smash like Goh V Shem, Aaron Chia is light year behind Goh V Shem in terms of smashing.

gvs in 2016 was utterly invincible, nuclear smash
6:57 how was that a fault?
what training did he do man
What is the music title on outro video?
Any detail for strings?
BG 66 brilliant 31 lbs
Too sad, he's not in the big tournament again.
Every player will past their prime due to age/ injury, etc
last time i checked he's still recovery from knees injury
Where is Goh V Shem? Is he still playing?
Still play as indi player. But still searching for good front court player.
All the skills to be a HOFer but lacked the discipline and mental fortitude to be the best
Malaysia double sekarang tak ada yg boleh smash macam ni. Malaysia dah gg
ad yg smash padu gak..yg pair baru goh sze fei tu..bole tahan smash..tp xde dah yg jump smash cantik mcm gvs ni..😢

GVS power smash 💪💪
Best back court player after tan boon heong
Smashing way more tiring than returning a smash. lol
Imagine him being pairing with Setiawan... Just imagine Setiawan at the front court and this guy at the rear court...
Before him there's also malaysian big smasher Tan Boon Heong, he play with Setiawan for just a short time but its so good to see player from 2 different countries working together
Or maybe pair with Kevin.
i want to jump like him
Sayang.. lagi padu mainannya jika partner dengan kevin sanjaya.
kalau partner dgn Kevin rasanya olimpik dgn world championship diorg je tapau😂😂
